Seems a little weird to me that so many people seem to think Washington has this. These teams tied 2 weeks ago.

I'll say Giants 26, Commanders 20.

Feels like we are due for bigger Barkley game.

Robinson with the big boy run
I wasn't all that impressed with him at Bama, I thought maybe he was on Damien Harris level, but was nowhere near Jacobs or Najee, but he's impressed me a lot. I think he's better than Najee, and this is all while overcoming being shot.
Inclined to agree. The legs just keep churning. He’s got power & he’s quick. Decisive, makes good reads. And yeah - he also got shot. Incredible story.

It’s such an incredible play, mentally & physically. To have the wherewithal to locate, get to, & scoop up a spinning oblong ball - just amazing.

It's gone under the radar, but Daniel Jones is a pretty solid QB. I'm not calling them equal by any means, but I'd love to see what he would do with the OL/weapons that Dak or Hurts have.

This is one of the best drives Jones has had all year. I'll crap on Jones and the Giants' lack of trust in him to do anything you need of a starting QB, but they are leaning in him a lot more right now and so far (as of his career vs. Washington) he's looked good. Not franchise QB good but baby steps.

He still makes way too many bad decisions. And he has ball security issues.

He can look very very good. He can also be incredibly inconsistent & fail to go through his progressions.

I mostly agree, but I do wonder of some of that is caused because of his supporting cast. I mean, guys like Hodgins and James have been useful for the Giants, and those guys probably would be scratches on the Eagles or Cowboys.

Not saying by any means Jones is a franchise QB, but I think he's better than he gets credit for. I think he's a better QB than Jared Goff for instance.

I will say I think the ball security issues are mostly a thing of the past. He's among the least turnover prone QBs in the league this year.

Thibodeaux is having a helluva a game.
Is there a backstory for his odd choice of jersey number?
Both him and Graham Gano wanted that jersey number.

"But by Monday, Thibodeaux had won the jersey, and the deal he made with Gano sent payment in the form of a $50,000 donation to the charity Puppies Behind Bars."

"Both Gano and Thibodeaux have expressed that wearing No. 5 has a special significance to them. For Thibodeaux, the number represents his five friends who believed in him, and the promise he made to them that they would all be successful. And for Gano, he chose No. 5 when he signed with the Giants in 2020 to pay homage to his five children, who inspired him during his 20 months away from football while dealing with injuries to his left plant leg."
