It's a weird feeling for sure. We've seen him be good for an extended period now, but that's how bad the Jets delayed his progression.

It's impressive as hell that that organization didn't completely break him.

regression aside, it's still a 3-4 year plan. Always has been. 40% of the roster is over 30 years old. Most will not be here more than 2 years. They are trying to put vets around Daniels while he get better, lock him up for his second deal, and crush from there. Problem is the vets are playing like crap, so JD5 isn't getting the chance to improve.
