Graham's status undecided; If he can't go Sunday, Rayner will kick against the Steelers

Bengals placekicker Shayne Graham (right groin) did not practice Friday and is questionable. Coaches will watch him kick again today before making a decision on whether Graham or Dave Rayner will kick against the Steelers.

Also questionable are wide receivers T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Glenn Holt (both ankle injuries). They practiced fully and are expected to play.

Bengals inactives: QB Carson Palmer (3rd), WR Glenn Holt, K Shane Graham, DB Jamar Fletcher, LB Corey Mays, TE Ben Utecht, DT Orien Harris, DT Jason Shirley.

Analysis: WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh is active and will start against the Steelers. QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will start in the absence of Palmer, who is out. Palmer is expected to miss Week 8 as well. K Dave Rayner will handle the field-goal duties with Graham listed as inactive.
