He absolutely tore it up in week 2 against the Chargers. FBG has him listed as a backup free safety behind Sean Considine, but both of them managed to rack up stats. Is this an even timeshare at the free safety position? I just picked him up this week and I'm considering starting him, but I'm finding it difficult finding any info on this situation. It seems as though a rotation could prove productive for both players.......Or it could just be that last weeks 8 tackles, 3 assists, 1 pass defensed, forced fumble, fumble recovery, and INT were a total fluke. Anyone got any light to shed on Greene and Considine going forward?

I think Greene replaced Anthony Smith in the Jax secondary last week.

I'm not a Jax homer and don't know much more about the Jax situation. I am a Rutgers homer though. Greene's performance did not surprise me based on how he played in college.

Correct, Greene replaced Anthony Smith at SS.

Smith is a new starter so its not as if he's established.

Smith is supposed to be back this week so we'll find out who gets the start and the stats.

That said, Jac safeties have traditionally not been fantasy studs (Greene's week 2 stats the exception) as Smith's week 1 numbers of 4-1-0 are typical.

Smith is listed as questionable for Week 3... any homers out there with additional insight on who will get the start against Vick, Shady & Co.?
