They haven't made many/if any good RB decisions in the past 2-3 years....It has been and looks like it will be an issue again this year.

It seems like every time a former Denver RB becomes available (Dayne, Mike Bell, Tatum Bell) they are given a chance to join the Texans. The other RB's better watch their duffle bags, or Tatum may steal theirs as well.....(oops Favre and Co beat me to it)
