TD Only Dynasty Keeper League (1 Viewer)

I'm in a TD only, dynasty keeper league and would be interested to know which of these RB's you guys think will put up the most TD's over his career? I have the 2nd pick (we keep 10 players) and I'm leaning towards Maroney instead of the others. Obviously, one of these guys will be gone when I pick at #2. Based on pre-draft rumors, the other coach has his eye on Lendale White.

R.Bush (N.O.) - I think he'll be a great NFL player, but I see him as a Barry Sanders type. Huge yardage, not alot of TD's.

L.White (TN) - I think he has a ton of potential and was leaning towards taking him, but he seems to be picking up some baggage. Not sure he'll be in the NFL that many years.

J.Addai (Ind) - Most of my competitors expect me to take this guy because I have Manning and Rhodes. Taking him would be safe, but I see Rhodes getting 6-7 TD's and Indy has too many weapons in the red zone.

J.Norwwod (Atl) - I like this guy alot, just not sure the Atanta Offense with Vick gives him that many scoring opportunities.

D.Williams (Car) - Not high on him with this team and Foster ahead of him. I also see former Louisville standout Eric Shelton making some noise around the goalline when his knee is 100%.

Maroney (NE) - This, I think is the guy. He has all of the tools, will replace Dillon next year and plays for a team that will continue to be good for several years.

Tell me where I'm wrong.

The chances are good that Maroney will be the guy in NE next year. Good, but not a lock. However, when you see the competition, I think his chances are better next year than Addai's, Williams, or White.

But I'd obviously take Bush if he was available. He may be more of a yardage guy, but his potential to be a Marshall Faulk is there. (and Marshall got a boatload of TD's in his prime).

FWIW, my TD-only keeper league draft started like this:

1.1 Bush

1.2 Maroney

.

.

1.7 Lendale White

Thanks for the input....I agree that R.Bush would be hard to pass up. I just don't think the Saints will ever be good. Even though I pretty much have my mind made up on Maroney, when it comes down to the pick and I have to write a name on the board, I may very well wind up taking Bush.

If you're that uncertain, then trade down to the # 2 spot. The guy behind you might freak and really overpay to get Bush

This is the 21st century NFL. Today's dog is tomorrow's champion. Don't judge a team five years from now based on what they are today.

I am actually think of trading down. Even if I lose out on Bush/Maroney/White, I may be able to get something decent and still pick up an Addai/Norwood/Leinert.

ThanksI'm big on Brandon Jacobs too.....not sold yet on Mike Bell. Also....like the Rom 12:2

yep - B.Jacobs was in my sights for round 2, but I missed him. I had the 3rd pick & traded down to # 7 hoping I could still get White. that much worked out, but I missed on Jacobs & Duckett in round 2
