Depends who holds him. A contender wouldn’t sell for that but a builder would, I think. I figure he’s roughly worth Ty Warren+. If I had him I’d want Jatavion sanders, Theo Johnson, or Ben Sinnot along with an early 2 or a pick that will get me Warren plus something.

As a Kittle owner I wouldn't do 2 late seconds as I would want something more of a guarantee that could hit. 2 late seconds has a high chance of busting. Maybe to the right owner during the draft if they were excited for a couple of the late picks.

Kittle is 31 right now (32 next year) and still probably has a couple years left of top 5 TE. I'd say 1 for sure, likely 2 and then go from there. Right now is a tough time to trade a guy like Kittle to get max value. During the fantasy playoff run you likely could have gotten a first + a throw in to a team who needs a TE for a real playoff push.

If you want to trade for Kittle maybe wait until before the draft when all the hype is for the rookies. I don't think 2 late 2nds is enough for a guy who could be top 5 TE for the next year or 2. As a current Kittle owner who is contending I'm not trading him, he's locked and loaded in my TE spot.

If both 2nds are late, I assume they're contendning? Maybe see if they're more willilng to part with their 2027 1st. Being further out makes it sting less. Maybe they fall off between 25 and 26, and it's a higher pick. You can either get Jeremiah Smith or Ryan Williams. Or at least you have more ammo to trade up.

Maybe they tell you to kick rocks. But if they're looking to win now, a 1st that's 2 years away is worth asking about.

Half PPR - 15 pts in semi-finals (week 16) and 15 pts in finals (week 17). Helped me win a Championship. Even more points for those that play in PPR or TEP.

Maybe fix your league if you are having finals in week 18.

I think the only reason he played was because he has a 500K roster bonus for each game played and Shanahan wanted him to get that (Kittle obviously as well). It was in the 49ers best interests to lose that game, so he got a token appearance.

As mentioned above, that's why playing FF championship games in week 18 isn't a great idea

I made the mistake of agreeing to play in an office league one year and they ran it on Yahoo. Championship was a combination of week 17 and 18. Horrible, but guess sometimes it isn't an option. Only reason I can think of to do it.

I have one redraft league on yahoo and it ends week 17. It is a setting that can be updated. Some people just don't know or have very odd reasoning behind keeping it as week 18.
