Feels like a light thread for the 4th TE taken in a very good TE class, especially in the 2nd round and into a McVay offense that was forcing touches to Colby Parkinson last year. Higbee is UFA end of this season. Don't mistake this as a Bowers comparison; but it was also well known McVay was trying desperately to trade up for him last year. TEs are always a crap shoot based on factors outside their control, but this landing spot and a coach who is bending over backwards to feature TEs in his offense seems attractive to me. Especially considering I could probably get this guy in the 3rd round of rookie drafts, as opposed to the Loveland/Warren who both went to bad situations (although bad for different reasons).
