We have a 12-team league currently entering its 12 season, and one of our owners has suggested we use TQB. I would like to hear pros and cons/ Fire away! Thank you.
I think the pros and cons are probably straight forward.
PRO: you never have to worry about being without a starting QB
CON: takes a lot of the competition or strategy out of it.
In a deeper league 16+ I could see a stronger argument so you can ensure everyone has a QB to start each week, but in a 12 team league there should be plenty of QB options out there. IMO.

Agreed. Switching to Team QBs and adding a roster limit of 2 per team guarantees that everybody can have two QBs at all times in a 16-teamer. It can also make sense in 2QB or Superflex leagues. It prevents hoarding. Team QBs also protect you more from injuries, since QBs typically score more than any other position an injury in the 1st quarter can really sink a fantasy week.
