I would aruge that your view and projection of him is a bit in the minority. Tebow, like many QBs, might not bring as much in a trade due to the availability of other options. But in your start 2QB league, his value (assuming he remains the starter) is IMMENSE. He should be firmly in the Romo-Eli-Ben type of value, at least. "Typical QB2" guys don't put up top 6-8 fantasy numbers, and that is what Tebow has shown he gets you.I dont think he belongs in the NFL, but he does put up points.
depending on the type of league you are in... he may bring some decent value. Our league starts 2 QB, so he brings some value so long as he is a starter.
in a one QB league, I'd say his value is minimal. There may be one person in your league who is all about what he produces and not how he looks, and if that's the case, you may get as much value as a low end QB1 or a high end QB2, but I'd say that is the max value you would get for him today. Most people would value him as a typical QB2 who can fill in on a bye week or if there is an injury.
anyhow, my thought is that if someone in your league fell in love with the guy, you would have received an offer by now.
Good luck.
That is a big huge downgrade at QB and RB just to get Roddy.I was offered Schaub/Starks/Roddy for Tebow/Rice/Jacobs.we have a scoring system that os 50yds passing and 10yds rushing per pt. If Tebow starts he's a top 5 QB in a start 2-QB, 12-team league. I'm leaning towards keeping Tebow but it's hard.
comical even in retrospect.Got offered Hakeem Nicks for Tebow, and turned it down without much of a thought.

I think it is the opposite, I think Denver will unload him for a sack of potatoes if they can. They don't want him in the locker room as a reminder, nor to be in the wings for fans to go crazy over again if something happens to Peyton. Plus his salary in the next two years of his contract gets crazy. They want to wash their hands of him as quickly as possible.I'd throw a late third at the situation and see what happens. Talking 30+ picks into the rookie draft. If I owned, I would look to sell. At least while there is potential he could compete for a job next season. I get the gut feeling that Denver isn't really looking to sell unless they find a real sucker.
Randy MossI don't recall a single player that has had top 5 potential ceiling and benching as a floor.
Trading for Tebow right now isn't a bad idea. If he lands in Jax he could very well end up being the starter. MJD > Moreno. He could pickup up right where he left off. Just saying - it's worth a gamble if it doesn't cost much.I gave the 3.01 and Bernard Scott for him in a 12 team PPR. Scott was a drop for me once the rookie draft comes. I like this draft, but will take a shot on Tebow for an early 3rd. I have heard from others that both loved and hated the deal for me, which is fitting since Tebow is either loved or hated as well.
zero value right now in my dynasty leagueNow what's his value being a NYJ?
