First rounder bray (2014) connect with first rounder Patterson (2013) for an easy 41 yard td over one of the nations best corners.

Let's get doing kid!

My best friend is the associate ad. He said"we are going to score a lot of points. Won't stop anyone bit we can score. Probably lose to Alabama 80 to 78. "

If they can beat Florida and not blow the missouri game than this team is 9/3 and playing on new years day.

I know it's just one game but can someone bump the thread where I said Patterson had pushed Rodgers to the bench and I was laughed at by Boston Fred or gm or whoever it was?

Sorry I missed this thread.... Patterson/Hunter being fed by Bray = :moneybag:

Daniel McCullers on the D Line = Beastmode.

Vols beat the Gators in 2 weeks. :banned:

Since Dooley lacks the ability to coach his way out of a paper bag, I wouldn't get too excited yet.
agreed... Dooley is NOT a great coach. Thankfully he has put some stellar talent on the field. WIth the new atheletic facility opening next year (Huge draw for talent) I am really nervous about having Dooley as the head coach though.... could spoil a potential monster window.

Lifelong Bama fan that is really hoping for Tennessee to return. It seems like ages since the Bama-UT game meant anything. Whether it was the 4-5 years that Bama was WAY down, or the last few years where Tennessee has been irrelevant, I think the SEC misses something when these two aren't at the top.

Isn't this the 20th SEC championship game? And STILL no Bama-UT game. Unbelievable.

This could be the year though. Tennessee has the offense, and I don't like any of the teams in the East all that much.

Glad to see the Vols are back to relevancy.
You and I both... While I wouldn't say we're "Back" just yet... we were ####### terrible for a bit there. Glad to see we're at least back to +.500 in the SEC :lmao:
You'll outscore enough teams this year because of the passing attack. Schedule is favorable too, rough stretch of @ UGA, bye, @ MISS ST, vs. Bama, @ S CAR but they should go into that 4-0. No LSU or Arkansas either. If you guys come out of that stretch 6-2 I think you carry that momentum and are playing in Atlanta. 5-3 followed by another L in the final 3 is more likely, but 8-4 and an Outback Bowl invite is quite a step up from where you've been. I miss Tennessee not being relevant.

Now that in a bit more sober...

This was the start they had to have. Losing would have been the end of the season. There are lots of good feelings about this team, primarily because they are now getting older and because the schedule is favorable.

Like I said earlier, the goal this season is:

1. Not lose any games they should win. That's georgia state, Akron, Troy, vandy and Kentucky.

2. Win the 4 "toss up" games: nc state, florida, Missouri, msu.

3. If a loss on #2, steal one of the loss games (bama, Uga, USC).

The offense is potent enough to beat Carolina . Georgia should be interesting. I think they get killed by bama. My guess is losses to Uga, bama and msu with win over Florida and USC.

I don't think Georgia and South Carolina are 'losses,' they are both toss up's too. In fact, I think Vandy is too. 4 W's, win the home toss-up's (Florida and Mizzou), then whether you're playing in Atlanta or not depends if you take 2 or 3 of Miss St, Vandy, Georgia, and South Carolina. I think you guys can take 2, but you need 3 and that's going to be a tall order. All on the passing offense, I think you guys can outscore Georgia (I don't believe in Murray) and South Carolina but Bray needs a big game for it to happen.

Hard to get excited about a game against Georgia state except that it was nice to see hunter have the big game this week. I truly think he's the best receiver in the country and it was good that he got a lot of the work. Patterson continues to impress. Running game is still a bit of a worry.

Next week should be fun. Hopefully the Aggies banged up Florida a bit for us.

2.5 Point favorites over Florida this weekend.

Downside. 3 months ago I agreed to Cater BBQ for a wedding reception for a good buddy this saturday at 5pm CT.
