Terrel Suggs LB, DL or Both? (1 Viewer)

I drafted Suggs as a DL as he was listed in Draft Dominator but he is listed as a LB on our league software. If I can't use him as a DL, he was a waste of a pick and I'm in trouble at the DL position. Someone tell me how to justify to the rest of my league that he's a DL.

Which league software do you use?

Check and see what the league rules state. All the MFL leagues' default positions are based on rotoworld.com's depth charts.

Was he listed at LB in your draft room? If he was listed at LB and you drafted him anyway expecting him to be DE-eligible, then that is kind-of your own fault.

Jene, thanks. The link you provided gave me some pretty good arguements. The fact that he has lined up as a DL over 60% of the time and that he was given more money due to his franchise tag for being a hybrid DE/LB helps a lot. I did find it interesting that the average salary for a DE is higher than for a LB.

gandalas, there are no league rules concerning this issue and it's never come up before. I am the commissioner though and can change it so that he can play both positions. I just don't want anyone to accuse me of cheating.

They use Stats Inc. not Rotoworld.

We do our draft off-line and I wasn't using the draft room.
