Xavier Hutchinson - Stepping in for Nico Collins, impossible to fill his shoes but that doesn't mean he won't see meaningful targets.
Anybody got the 4-1-1 on Hutch?
 
Versus the NE defense, there are many favorable options on offense. First drive, 5-6 for 54 and a TD to Dell. Curious about how Maye does, with very few good options,.

He's had some decent play both in preseason and what limited time he's had in regular season. Used on jet sweeps or reverses now and then.

Can't say I have any reason to expect he'd step in and take on a significant share of the production. I think we'll probably see Schultz and Cade Stover pick up more of the slack. A little more to Hutchinson and Metchie.
 
Dell managers, this is the week you've been waiting for. Once he and CJ get on the same page for the year, I think the Texans take off. We know what Nico can do and he and CJ are already in sync this season. Dell getting going as well? Watch out.
 
I'm going to question accepting the penalty.

4th and 5 after the incomplete pass, or 3rd and 10? If I'm the Patriots I'd let it be 4th down.

I finally caved and picked him up in 1 league and started him today over McPherson...........and that is what I get
I have never rostered this dude in any league in my life

He'll be worth it. Guy's turning into one of the best kickers in the league. That was his first miss in his last 40 attempts under 50 yards.
 
Schultz has definitely been disappointing this season. I wonder if we start to play Stover more to see if we can get a spark from that position.

They needed to re-sign him with such a drop off at free agent options after him this last year. But he's never had the best of hands in my opinion. Average to slightly below.

Not sure that one was his fault though, think maybe the defender did a good job hitting his arm. Didn't see a clear replay of it.
 
Good play by Uche catching Tank Dell on the screen. Looked like that was a good play to pick up the first down otherwise.
 
69 yard punt, plus a 10 yard penalty. That's the kind of kick we haven't seen much from Townsend since preseason. Glad to see it again.
 
Will Anderson Jr with 2 sacks in the first half.

Danielle Hunter opens the 2nd half with a sack/forced fumble.

Maye slow to get up.
 
Media talked about how good journeyman DT Mario Edwards Jr had looked in camp. Has held up in the regular season. Not sure he's ever played this well in his career to date.

Deflected pass turns into another turnover for New England.

Mixon with a 20 or so yard touchdown run then.

Mixon today: 102 rushing, 30 receiving, 2 TDs.
 
Texans still need another safety. Murray is good to have as a back up, but not a starter. Ward wasn't doing that good as a starter either.
