Texans DST TD (1 Viewer)

Hey Folks -

I know it is not Tuesday and nothing is finalized but can one of you check your CBS Sportsline league and verify something for me?

I am currently not seeing a TD for the Texans DST and need to verify why for the team owner. I believe this is the play in question:

CAR vs HOU

3-K.Brown kicks 75 yards from HST 30 to CAR -5. 37-N.Goings to CAR 16 for 21 yards (38-D.Faggins). FUMBLES (38-D.Faggins), touched at CAR 7, RECOVERED by HST-83-K.Walter at CAR 0. TOUCHDOWN. Play Challenged by CAR and Upheld. (Timeout #1 at 11:16.)

Unless I am missing something, this would be a DST TD for Houston - correct? I am interested in seeing if this showed up as a TD in your league. Getting answers from CBS is painful so I just wanted to double check before I went through the process.

didn't watch the game, but i remember seeing this on recap. they said it was a Houston TD for the D.

Nobody owns the Texans DST in my CBS league, but on the free agents list it looks like they were credited points for the TD:

Texans, DST DST HOU

1 INT

3 SACK

2 DFR

1 DTD

15.0 FPTS

It's a special teams TD. If your league only counts defensive TDs the Hou owner is SOL.

Defensive Scoring Rules:BFB - Blocked Field Goals (ID/ST/DST) 2 points

BP - Blocked Punts (ID/ST/DST) 2 points

DFR - Defensive/ST Fumble Recovered (ID/DT/DST) 2 points

DTD - Total Defensive and Special Teams TD 6 points <----------

Int - Interceptions 2 points

PA - Points Against, Total Points Scored 0 - 0 PAs = 10 points

1 - 3 PA = 8 points

4 - 7 PA = 6 points

8 - 10 PA = 4 points

11 - 13 PA = 2 points

14 - 17 PA = 1 point

SACK - Sack 2 points

STY - Safety 2 points

However, all I am seeing in the Live Scoring for the Texans is this:

21 PA, Int, 2 DFR, 3 SACK

I believe this looks like a mistake??

Showing the same thing in my league, but with 17 pts.

Ok, from what I am seeing here the scoring should have allowed the TD and it looks like a mistake on Sportsline's part.

Crapline has been notified but I don't think DSTTDs get scored on the live scoring. It may update them after tonights game???

Probably a reaction to prior years when there was a "Fumble Recovery TD" by an offensive player that was credited on some systems as a D/ST score. I'm betting that this was fixed in a way that created a new problem for a ST fumble recovery.
