***Thanksgiving Game #1 - Green Bay at Detroit*** (1 Viewer)

Anyone else cringe whenever they see Jarrett Bush on the field? Anyone else notice that turns to a pain whenever the other team throws the football in his direction?

That hit on Rodgers on 2nd down shows how inconsistent the league is with roughing the passer calls. They often call fouls if a guy so much as breathes on a QB, but that Lion was allowed to take several steps after the ball was out and knock Rodgers down.

Illegal hit followed by a horsecollar tackle. Well coached team.
Who is the color guy who said "I don't agree with that call at all?"
That's Joe Buck. He's correct in that you must pull with the grasp of the back of the neck - but I don't know what game he's watching.
I thought it was Buck. I agree 100%, it wasn't the most violent horse collar I have ever seen but he clearly used the collar to pull him down.

If they're going to call the slap to the helmet on Matthews as a hit to the head they had to call that. Why didn't they throw it high to Finley in the endzone?

Three screens inside the 10. I am guessing they believe they can beat the lions tacklers and don't have to throw something into the end zone. It really seemed like some odd playcalling.

Or run it a few times. Grant is running well and picking up decent yardage.PS - is Grant dinged?

What's the deal with Grant being taken out at the goal line during the latest series? Is he injured?

Sorry, I've been cleaning the kitchen in preparation for Turkey Day. :blackdot:

Didn't Jennings have a catch for 11 yards or did Joe Buck have it wrong? I thought it was 85. CBS Sports isn't showing it.
