Pls score, pls score, pls score.
If it was true.Doesn't this sound like something the o-coordinator should address if that is so? My goodness, it wasn't a problem last year when Jennings finished with 80 for 1,292 and 9 TDs with the same QB...Jennings is constantly lined up to the weak side of the formation, Rodgers doesn't look to that side of the field.Greg Jennings definitely did something personal to Rodgers. Because he gives Jennings NOTHING.
Jennings also cannot get open. The guy is a bust and nothing more. He is not even worthy as a wr3. Having one decent game every five games makes him a wr4.Jennings is constantly lined up to the weak side of the formation, Rodgers doesn't look to that side of the field.Greg Jennings definitely did something personal to Rodgers. Because he gives Jennings NOTHING.
the lionsWhat a horrible sequence that was.
Pre Matt Millen they won some.Is it tradition that has these poor fans showing up to Ford Field on Thanksgiving Day every year too?
if you think giving it to detroit's offense is better, then yes.Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?
Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?

2>7?Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?![]()
Kevin Smith purposely allowed himself to get dinged up that play...just to mess with your fantasy team.Jesus.Nice of Kevin Smith to get them down to the 1 on 2nd down and pull up lame, great for my fantasy team.![]()
Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?

They get the 2 points and the ball in great field position. The get a TD on this drive and they come out ahead on this exchange. Most importantly Green Bay can't burn time off the clock.Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?![]()
I wish they'd get Quinn Johnson in there to run block. It is almost a guarantee to get a safety if you get this pack squad inside the 2.
Hate when guys look out for their multi-million dollar career over my multi-hundred dollar FF league.Kevin Smith purposely allowed himself to get dinged up that play...just to mess with your fantasy team.Jesus.Nice of Kevin Smith to get them down to the 1 on 2nd down and pull up lame, great for my fantasy team.![]()
Well they have scored zero on offense since Nelson's fumble turned into a TD. I can't see that logic.Dumb fans booing a result that actually probably helps the Lions chances.
big if.They get the 2 points and the ball in great field position. The get a TD on this drive and they come out ahead on this exchange. Most importantly Green Bay can't burn time off the clock.Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?![]()
Are you living in an alternate dimension where the Lions offense is capable of scoring? What is the score of the game you are watching? Does Matt Stafford have a goatee that makes him look vaguely menacing? They get the 2 points and the ball in great field position. The get a TD on this drive and they come out ahead on this exchange. Most importantly Green Bay can't burn time off the clock.Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?![]()
Do the 9 points make much more difference than the 7 in this case?In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.
On average they are better off getting the 7.In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.
No one here is predicting they are going to. I'm just laying out their best case scenario. And don't look now, but they might pull off exactly what I was describing. Are you living in an alternate dimension where the Lions offense is capable of scoring? I understand what you are trying to say but teams would always rather have the 7 instead of the 2 and a chance for 9.In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.
2 more points plus less time off the clock as opposed to 7 and the amount of time it would take to get the ball back from GB.Do the 9 points make much more difference than the 7 in this case?In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.
I shall take your advice and not look.No one here is predicting they are going to. I'm just laying out their best case scenario. Usually but when down 20 and the clock becoming an issue, you have to hope for best case scenario. And for Detroit it was the 2 points, the ball, and a quick score.I understand what you are trying to say but teams would always rather have the 7 instead of the 2 and a chance for 9.In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.
Welp now you are really wrong since they kicked the FG ... good thing i didn't close my eyes2 more points plus less time off the clock as opposed to 7 and the amount of time it would take to get the ball back from GB.Do the 9 points make much more difference than the 7 in this case?In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.

2 + getting the ball > 7 and not getting the ball ( when you are trailing late in the game ) But then again, it's the Lions we are talking about.2>7?Wouldn't a safety be better for Detroit anyway?![]()
The hole in your logic is the offense can't score.2 more points plus less time off the clock as opposed to 7 and the amount of time it would take to get the ball back from GB.Do the 9 points make much more difference than the 7 in this case?In essence via the safety Detroit can score 9 points with 1-2 minutes coming the clock as opposed to 7 points and Green Bay burning 3-4 minutes off the clock.Whether they execute or not is up to them.
The TD made it a 2 score game. The safety kept a 3 score game.Usually but when down 20 and the clock becoming an issue, you have to hope for best case scenario. Yes, but with the safety you get the ball back immediately in advantageous scoring position. For Detroit to come ahead on that exchange, they needed to punch it into the endzone quickly. They almost did. And that scenario (safety followed by quick TD) was really their only chance. The TD made it a 2 score game. The safety kept a 3 score game.Usually but when down 20 and the clock becoming an issue, you have to hope for best case scenario.
