The 9 worst offenses. (1 Viewer)

How does Tennessee rush for 282 yards today and make this list? No need to throw the ball if you can run that well (and against a "tough" Jax D).
:goodposting: I really just can't believe how well Tenn ran the ball today. Jack is supposed to have one of the best Ds and run Ds in the league. Tenn just took it too them, badly.
I guess the flip side of this is how does a team manage to run the ball that well and only score 13 points? Tough game to draw any solid conclusions from.
The score easily could have been 24-10. On the first 3 pointer, with 3rd and goal (3 yds to go) VY had a huge 7 yard hole in front of him. He chose to throw, which got knocked down. Later, TN went for it on an off-tacked run with Lendale White on 4th and 1 1/2. The play developed too slowly and the Jags stopped him just short. The Jags played well in the red zone, horrific in the rest of the field.

Tenn played a tough overrated def today. I really think they'll improve quite a bit over the season.
How can a "tough" defense give up over 200 yards rushing to a guy that was struggling to find a job in the off season and some fat lazy bastage? (Jags fan)

How is Oakland not on this list?

You want the 3 worst teams in football (right now) -

KC

Cleveland

Oakland

All of them brutal. The only thing Oakland has going for it is they opened against the Lions.

Looks like the fudge packer homer is drinking a lot of kool aid

Bears O is >>>>>> than the fudge packers O

Bears played one of the best Ds in their house. Fudge packers could not do anything on O against a team that is horrible against the run.

Talk about a homer. I root for no team but FavreCo. I've had Favre on my FFL team for 15 years. That's it. Becasue he's still viable. Grossman, LOL!!!
I have to admit calling someone the "Fudge Packers" is proving only that you are a FIB homer.

Atlanta might be worse than all three of those teams.
And Miami even worse than that. It is seriously tough watching them play football - on both sides of the ball. The D is aging aging aging and will wear down in almost every game this year. The offensive line is exactly that to my eyes - offensive. The chicken salad out of chicken sh comment is much more applicable to this squad than any squad I can recall since the late 70s.Signed,A phin fan who would be satisfied with a top-5 pick in the draft.

If WASH has no passing game, how did Randle El have teh game that he did?
A 54 yard fluke play.
I have seen this in several threads. Unless, my math is down, that still leaves 4 catches and over 100 yards to explain.
:whoosh:The Miami secondary made Randle-El look like a DB burner. I wouldn't expect him to have too many games like that, though the Giants' secondary might give him some numbers.

3-3-WAS27 (2:39) J.Campbell pass deep left to A.Randle El to MIA 38 for 35 yards (T.Daniels).1-10-WAS47 (9:58) J.Campbell pass deep middle to A.Randle El to MIA 37 for 16 yards (W.Allen).2-20-WAS27 (13:12) J.Campbell pass deep left to A.Randle El to MIA 24 for 49 yards (T.Daniels).3-2-WAS43 (10:24) J.Campbell pass short right to A.Randle El pushed ob at MIA 49 for 8 yards (C.Worrell).1-10-WAS43 (:04) (Shotgun) J.Campbell pass deep right to A.Randle El to MIA 3 for 54 yards (J.Taylor). FUMBLES (J.Taylor), ball out of bounds at MIA 3. Pass intended for 83-J. Thrash and tipped by 99-J.Taylor. Fumble caused by 99-J. Taylor.Your right these are some pretty good numbers but its week 1 and Santana Moss only had 3/28/0/16, Cooley 1/10/0/10, not to mention Brandon Lloyd who should see passes thrown his way this year.Perhaps your right the fluke may not have been how he caught that one 54yard hail-mary but how he was actually targeted so many times. Maybe Campbell really likes him and S Moss's production will disappear and Randel el will see that amount of yardage each week. My money is on the amount of yardage being a fluke, I guess we'll see. That's why they play the games.
