Love the show, guys.

So the agent for Randy Moss is popping off about how Moss is in amazing shape, has been working out like a madman, has a huge chip on his shoulder, blah, blah, blah. Typical agent-speak.

BUT ... Moss is only 34, which is old, but not really insanely old for a wide receiver, and this is a dude who actually does seem to play better when he has a chip on his shoulder.

Considering that a lot of fantasy owners have now been burned by this guy, and his fantasy value is at an all-time low, is there a chance that for the first time in his career, Randy Moss could be considered (gasp!) a sleeper?

(Oh, and FWIW, the handle is pronounced "HOOS-ker Brew" ... but whatever. :) )

Great show guys I appreciate all you do and the great advice that comes out in these podcasts.

Do you think that Orton will be traded? If so any chance he goes to Arizona. With a receiver as studly as Fitzgerald I would think they would want to get a decent QB in there so that next year he will be more inclined to stay there and not changing teams. If not Orton - who do you see as ending up in Arizona this year to take over the reins?

TIA

Hey Fellas,

A Cleveland question for you:

Last year the Browns seemed to take advantage of their team strength at offensive line by pounding the running game. Now they've got a new coach who's much more west-coast, pass-oriented... do you perceive any danger to the Browns' running game from a schematic standpoint? The team looks great at center and left tackle on their line, but aren't the other guys mediocre at best? Do the guards and the opposite tackle play more or less prominent roles in the WCO?

Thanks!

Hey Guys!

There's a current thread about Dez Bryant vs Mike Wallace and I wanted to get your thoughts on it. To use a Waldman-ism, Wallace is an ascending talent (#1 WR in DYAR and DVOA link) and he's not at his peak and that sagging-pant-wearing-no-jewelry-bill-paying Bryant is not even close.

What say you?

Gentlemen,

1)

I'm hearing reports that a new cba is nearly complete. At the same time I'm hearing reports that major deal-breaking issues have not yet been dealt with and a deal is not imminent. What gives?

2)

Will the Patriots rookie RBs significantly impact BenJarvus Green-Ellis' fantasy value?

Thanks!

DOUBLE HEADER STRATEGY

Hey guys, love the show, keep it up!!!

This year I am implementing DOUBLE HEADERS to spice-up my league. Since we have a 13W season (12 Teams), FG created a schedule with Double Header in W6, W7 and W8 (BYE HELL!!!)

My basic question is how will you approach the draft? will you put an extra premium to players without a Bye on these weeks?

Thanks and lets pray for a resolution to this Lockout!!!

Randy Moss was a sleeper in 2007 after a horrible 2006 year in Oakland. He went to New England in 2007 for a measly 4th round pick. There was even some rumors about New England having a "surprise cut" for the final cuts which a lot of people thought might be Moss but ended up being Vinny Testaverde. He was being taken in the 4th/5th rounds in almost every draft that year.

Love the show Cecil, Sigmund, and Matt. When do you guys go to 2 hours? I do my weekly back shaving ritual while listening to your show and 1 hour isn't long enough to get the job done.....so I have to resort to putting on my Lady Gaga vinyl for the finishing trims! Hurry up with that 2nd hour of your show please!!

My question for you guys is: Who do you see being Ray Rice's backup or handcuff come week 1 of the season? Jalen Parmele, Anthony Allen, or Curtis Steele? I am a Rice owner and I want protect my investment. Please help a sister out! Thanks guys!

It's well known that the top 10 running backs routinely change year to year. Who are some players you like to jump into the top 10 this year in ppr leagues?

Here's to hoping we are just days away from a new season!!

Rookie drafts on the horizon & the TE position is a bit of a mystery to me. It is important to target the correct players since my dynasty leagues do not allow us the flexibility to sit on too many players for too long a period.

The top two prospects seem to be Rudolf and Kendricks, but who will be the better fantasy producer? Both seem to have numerous obstacles in their way to immediate success (i.e., proven vets and unfriendy TE systems). As far as the other rookie TEs - Luke Stocker, Robert Housler, Jordan Cameron, Julius Thomas, Vigil Green, DJ Williams - who has the best combination of talent & opportunity to produce both this season and over the next few seasons? In other words, who would you take a late-round rookie flyer on?

As always thanks a million!

GENTLEMEN!

What is best in life!? Cecil, I know you have the answer to this...

"To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women."

Last year, your advice helped me overwhelm my Keeper Auction League and this year and I want to do it again. Every weekend, my opponents just reeked of fear and it's an intoxicating feeling :)

So..

The turnover rate with the top RBs changes so much from year to year makes me wonder if it's better to put my salary cap $$$ on the top-flight WRs. For example, as this is a Keeper League, I have Wallace and DJax locked up for a decent price.. would you throw down the necessary cash on Calvin Johnson/Andre Johnson/Roddy White combo to create an unstoppable WR corp... or would you rather have a balanced team? I've tried all sorts of strategies and am interested in what the three of you think!

Thanks in advance and keep up the amazing work. You guys are keeping my Fantasy Football fix alive..like COCAAAAAAINE!

Evenin'

Who are the guys you read/follow (fantasy or straight NFL) to improve you knowledge or challenge your opinions?

Where can we do the same

Every staffer has Desean ranked higher than Maclin.

As low as 2 spots, and as high as 11

What percentage would you put on Maclin finishing with the better stats in 2011?

If your percentage is fairly high, does that make Maclin a good value player, considering he is looked upon as the PHI WR2?

Name one player in 2011 redraft leagues that you will be sticking your neck out to ensure you have on your roster. Who are you gonna reach for in the 4th or 3rd round cause you know they are gonna provide 1st round value.

Great show as always gentlemen, my question tonight is this....Who are the best matchup QB's for this year in fantasy football?

Mr.B

Which position will the lockout impact the most in terms of rookie development? QB? O Line? WR?

Which team need the preseason the most to put things together (and thus will be most negatively impacted by the lockout?

Or, assuming the lockout ends next week, is there enough time the lockout really will have no appreciable impact on either player or team readyness?

Which NFL team will be the "most improved"?

Does the argument that it will be the Packers with 15 players coming back from IR hold water?

Assuming the lockout ends next week, what will the short and long term impacts (if any) be on the Fantasy Football Biz?

Do you expect there to be any casualties (i.e. FF biz going under)?

How many people will drop out of FF?

Rookie QB this year - in a dynasty league, which one do you be the farm on? Is there any worth going all in on? (i.e. doing whatever it takes to move up in the rookie draft to snag him)
