As an Arizona Cardinals fan I'd like to give you Eagles fans a pat on the back. You guys have a cool team and management. Just looking at the past moves you made:

Traded Kevin Kolb for a 2nd Rounder + Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

Traded Donovan McNaab to a division rival for a 2nd-Rounder + a conditional 3rd / 4th rounder.

Trading a 1st, a 4th, and a 6th for Jason Peters.

Signing Nnamdi Asoughma.

Signing Asante Samuel.

Signing Michael Vick straight out of jail.

Offering Randy Moss a contract last year after he retired.

You guys are just the 'cool' team. Whenever someone becomes a Free Agent, I always scoff because the only guys we ever bring in are past their prime: Joey Porter, Todd Heap, etc. Whenever we trade it's never for anything flashy: Edgerin James.

Yup. That was my first thought as well. And guess what? Over the last 7 years, the Cards have more playoff wins than the Eagles. They may be good at trades and the salary cap, but it sure doesn't translate into post-season success. Not recently anyway.

Yup. That was my first thought as well. And guess what? Over the last 7 years, the Cards have more playoff wins than the Eagles. They may be good at trades and the salary cap, but it sure doesn't translate into post-season success. Not recently anyway.

The reason for the cap is Joe Banner even if you don't like him he is one of the best if not the best cap guys in the business the problem is Reid is a bad GM and I like Reid as a coach which most Eagles fans dont.

Eagles are a cool team all right. They have no clue in the first round. Trading up in the draft to grab Brandon Graham instead of taking Jason Pierre-Paul or Earl Thomas.

If this team could hit on its first round picks instead of reaching for guys, that would put them over the top.I have no problem with their late draft picks, especially 5th and 6th round when you pick up guys like Brent Celek and Trent Cole but to be successful and win championships in this league, you need to make your top two rounds count. The way they draft, i would rather they traded all their first rounders for proven guys.

Yeah, they are cool in that they will make aggressive moves which get the fans excited.

That makes it that much harder when they fall short. It's not easy being an Eagles fan.

Trust me, as an Eagles fan, there is nothing "cool" about it. Having not won a Super Bowl Championship ever and coming up 4 points short of winning one because your Pro Bowl QB can't hold his Chunky Soup makes matters worse. I get what you are saying being a Cards fan but you've got a good coach and you may end up with Peyton Manning so your Super Bowl might be coming soon.
