The first 4 minutes are very well presented and give a decent overview of Republican racial views through 1920.

The last 90 seconds omits some things, though.

Yeah, the Civil Rights Act was over 50 years ago and that's where all the factual discussion stops. After that it's just the vague proposition that "we treat everyone equal and Democrats don't."
