Yeah but on a phone they look like crap taking up a lot of space, it's also not clear what page you're currently on.[icon] said:I know this may come as a shock to you, but they indicate links to different pages. What's with the page numbers in the mobile version? Really confusing
It's at the bottom of the page right at the center. Round icon with an up arrow in it. It's grayed out until you hover over it, so it's not easy to find at first. No back to top button?
Those links were not in the skin by default, but I added them following a few requests. The scenario I was trying to cover was mobile access to the forum when you're not logged in via your phone. This has happened to me a few times.Yeah but on a phone they look like crap taking up a lot of space, it's also not clear what page you're currently on.[icon] said:I know this may come as a shock to you, but they indicate links to different pages. What's with the page numbers in the mobile version? It sounds like the quick editor may be corrupted or truncated in your cache. After clicking the edit button, do a force-reload (<Ctrl-F5> in most browsers) and see if that corrects the problem. When I try to edit a post it opens the box like a quick editor, but I can't change anything. I have to open the full editor to actually be able to edit.
I am tech-savvy and do not use dial-up. Avatars are a waste of band-width.Dialup is bad, mmmkay? How do you turn off the avatars? It takes too long to download all the pictures!
Like me after a close shave! One suggestion? A little less vertical space between the threads.Kudos to your IT team FBGs !! Usually I hate drastic interface changes, but the look here is clean, vibrant, organized, yet not too busy.

Thanks guys -- the concept came from our own MacArtist. I knocked out the current one as a proof of concept, but [icon]'s going to clean it up a bit for us soon.+1The new symbol for posts we've replied to is so much better. Thank you Keith!

I miss the dropdown at the bottom of the page that allowed me to select a different forum.
Click the button to use the full editor. The very top left button on the toolbar, to the left of the eraser, will toggle between seeing things how they are, or seeing it the old way with the brackets and quote blocks and such.Get me 100 posts per page and I will fully support your overthrow of David Dodds.I miss the dropdown at the bottom of the page that allowed me to select a different forum.I also find it more challenging to break up a long post into multiple quotes to enable responding point by point. I used to reply to the post, then copy the original quote block multiple times and edit to contain just the individual points I wanted to respond to. Doing that now seems to lead to the loss of the header on the quote block. Any suggestions?

And again, the Internet is not something that you just dump something on. It's not a big truck. It's a series of tubes. And if you don't understand, those tubes can be filled and if they are filled, when you put your message in, it gets in line and it's going to be delayed by anyone that puts into that tube enormous amounts of material, enormous amounts of material.GET OFF MY LAWN!I am tech-savvy and do not use dial-up.
