I believe Shah posted this very information in this thread
Fun Fact: In ~ 4 quarters of play this preseason, Foles already has 3 INTs vs 2 TDs.The cry would be he threw twice as many ints as last year. He's not Kellys guy.Foles might even throw 4 ints this season and what a disaster that would be.
yeah but....Thank you, Andy. Drafting Foles in the third may end up being the best thing you ever did for the franchise.
And you're the best coach Philly's ever had. Even of you can't manage a clock. And held on to the job three years too long.![]()
Foles is the real deal. Showed it his rookie year when the team was putrid. He had moments for steam mailing it in and showed moxie. I was impressed enough to want him over Vick in camp 2013. Showed it coming off the bench for Vick last year, in the Meadowlands against the arch-rival NYG's. And beat that ###, turning a 1-3 start around and leading the team to the NFC East title and the playoffs.
Where he looked better than Brees, for what that's worth. But the Eagles defense couldn't stop the Saints running game, so.... went home from the Linc sad that day.
Seriously, I'm much more confident that he's more of the 'answer' at QB in Philly than I felt about Vick. Or McNabb. Or Randall. And I rocked the Green Cunningham jersey in middle school.
This guys surprisingly athletic, smart, focused... and the offensive scheme Chip implements is conducive to running plays and scoring points. By the bushel.

I know. 0-2 in my preseason league going into this week. @#$!yeah but....Thank you, Andy. Drafting Foles in the third may end up being the best thing you ever did for the franchise.

There's always next year.I know. 0-2 in my preseason league going into this week. @#$!
Fun fact but at least a little bit misleading. His pick last night, for example, came when Sproles tripped over his lineman breaking out for a screen. Pretty sure he had a receiver slip on another of those, but I could be mis-remembering.SacramentoBob said:Fun Fact: In ~ 4 quarters of play this preseason, Foles already has 3 INTs vs 2 TDs.The cry would be he threw twice as many ints as last year. And Eli had 8 interceptions (IIRC) last year because Randle made the wrong adjustment but it doesn't matter on the stat line.Fun fact but at least a little bit misleading. It matters a little more than some interceptions in the pre-season.And Eli had 8 interceptions (IIRC) last year because Randle made the wrong adjustment but it doesn't matter on the stat line.Fun fact but at least a little bit misleading. Yea pretty sure that's not happening.brohans nick the foley canoli has proven that he can do it for a year in the nfl and i predict that by the end of this year people will be saying holy canoli and everyone will know that they are meaning nick foles that is a nickname coming at you from the old swcer so bam remember where you heard it first when keith olberman is saying it and chris merman is trying to act like he invented it take that to the bank brohans
First page bump."Perfect mechanics" is another quote of mine you can find if you look around and "the most pro-ready QB of his draft class.", which includes Luck. You drafting Luck over Foles now?I watched Foles all through his college career. The very first time I saw him throw, I said, "That kid is going to the NFL." He was in a pro style offense in college. You can't be much better prepared for the NFL. I said a month ago in an article I write for the PFFL, that if you owned Vick you should pick up Foles.
Keep in mind, most of the Philly receivers weren't there last year. Maclin, Sproles, Matthews, Huff; Ertz has a total of 36 receptions in the NFL, his top returning WR had 47 receptions last year. There's plenty of talent to throw to but we shouldn't be surprised if it takes some time to get in synch. And Eli had 8 interceptions (IIRC) last year because Randle made the wrong adjustment but it doesn't matter on the stat line.Fun fact but at least a little bit misleading. Luckily if that sort of thing happens in the regular seaons, the refs just call a do-over so it won't count.Fun fact but at least a little bit misleading. Nick Foles completed 21-of-37 passes for 331 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Eagles' Monday night, Week 2 win over the Colts.
The stat line is deceiving. Foles couldn't complete anything downfield outside of a couple shots to Zach Ertz. Instead, he simply dumped balls off to Darren Sproles and LeSean McCoy and let them do all the dirty work. Foles just isn't seeing the field like he did in 2013. He'd be a bigger story if the Eagles hadn't been able to overcome 14-point halftime deficits in back-to-back weeks. He missed a wide-open Jeremy Maclin in the end zone Monday, and threw another pass well behind Ertz. Foles will remain on the QB1 map next week vs. Washington.

Nick Foles completed 28-of-42 passes for 325 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Redskins.
Foles took some really big hits in this one, including a cheap shot from Redskins DT Chris Baker following what was initially ruled an interception. The hit incited a brawl. But Foles showed his toughness, playing his best game of the season in terms of both reads and accuracy. He now has a streak of three straight 300-yard games riding into a Week 4 matchup at San Francisco. This Chip Kelly scheme will keep Foles locked as a strong QB1 all year.

This worries me as a fan, let alone an owner in 2 leagues this season. I know the 49ers D might not be firing on all cylinders quite like the past few seasons, but color me nervous about Foles this Sunday with a patchwork line and the 49ers dropping their home opener looking to send a message against a 3-0 Eagles team.I would have a lot more faith right now if the Eagles hadn't lost 4/5 of their starting preseason OL.
1-3 is not a good luck for the 9ers, they will be bringing it for sure.mquinnjr said:This worries me as a fan, let alone an owner in 2 leagues this season. It all ties into the OL. Going on the road missing 4 OL starters (Herramans moving to RT), against a good team (or what many thought would be good), who's desperate while missing your best defensive player on a bad D isnt a good start. But IF the OL holds up the 9ers have allowed the 5th or 6th most FFB points to QB's so even if we lose Foles could have a QB1 day1-3 is not a good luck for the 9ers, they will be bringing it for sure.mquinnjr said:This worries me as a fan, let alone an owner in 2 leagues this season. Nick Foles completed 24-of-37 passes for 207 yards with two touchdowns, one interception and one lost fumble in Sunday's Week 5 win over the Rams.
Foles was not sharp yet again, often throwing off his back foot and turning the ball over for the eighth time in five games (he had four all of last season). Yet the Eagles are 4-1 and Foles is on pace to throw for 4,416 yards and 25 touchdowns, a reminder of just how dominant and explosive this up-tempo Chip Kelly scheme is. Despite plenty of warts, Foles can be fired up as a mid-range QB1 against the Giants in Week 6.

As an Eagles fan and someone who likes Sanchez as a backup I pray to God that it never happens.I know this question is crazy before I even ask it, but is there any way Sanchez sees the field barring an injury to Foles? I know they are 4-1 and Kelly seems to have a lot of respect for Foles. Just curious if this is a possibility at all.
Foles may be mediocre, but his current pace (4416/26/16) would be better than any season in Sanchez's career.I know this question is crazy before I even ask it, but is there any way Sanchez sees the field barring an injury to Foles? Rotoworld has never liked Foles, so they quite obviously are just trying save face here in giving all the credit the Chip Kelly and his system. I just don't remember 'the system' working so well with Michael Vick as quarterback.Rotoworld:
