49ers signed K Eddy Pineiro.
The fabled two-update day on Eddy Pineiro has come to pass. At some point this year he’ll probably be fantasy-interesting, though it might not be in Week 2 given how banged up the 49ers currently are.

Cameron Dicker is 93/99 on field goals in the regular season.
Hit or miss, after his next FG attempt, he will take the #1 spot on the "official" all-time FG% leaderboard, which is regular season only and includes kickers with 100 attempts.

Falcons ruled out kicker Younghoe Koo for Sunday night's matchup with the Minnesota Vikings and listed his reason for downgraded as not injury related.
Falcons also promoted kicker Parker Romo to kick Sunday night vs. the Vikings.
I'm likely trading him in for a WW pickup tonight. The missed FGs and low scores just scare me. Got my eye on Romo, Pineiro and Ryland.Y’all keeping McLaughlin?
He was my target in redrafts as the last kicker taken, worked out well so far.Loop has been nails.
Ravens kicker is never a bad draft strategy.
Offense not clicking right now.Fairbairn was dropped in my league. Am I missing something?
I did the same. Might be point chasing a little, but he has a week 11 bye which is attractive.Dropped Lutz for Shrader. Trying to catch the wave on the hot leg
FYI ...Romo got sent back to Atl practice squdJumped on Shrader myself. Just like targets for Wars, FGAs are king for kickers. The Colts haven’t punted yet, and while week 1 was a hapless Dolphins team, week 2 was against Denver.
Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Tennessee are the only teams averaging more than 3 FGAs per game so far. The colts are at 4.5 per game. Might as well ride it with the backing of that scheme and offensive personnel.
If Shrader is gone, Romo also looks like a stud kicker (was really good last year during his stint for Minny).

Loop or Shrader?

Left Reichard for the SS .. i just like that Colts offense more than the vikings. Of course, Wentz will probably elevate them a bit - but i think Shader is gonna be the new AubryBeen using Fairbairn and he's good but Texans offense is bit hit or miss. Thinking of hopping on the Schrader train
Missed FG in week 1 that cost them the game. The Koo cutting is real odd. They cut him on Social media apparently.
Was he that bad??
Loop is an every week start for me as of now.Loop or Shrader?
Koo was an 89.9% FG kicker from 2019 thru 2023, then last year he was one of the worst kickers in the NFL. He led the league in misses under 50 yards.Missed FG in week 1 that cost them the game. The Koo cutting is real odd. They cut him on Social media apparently.

Something likely happened in the locker room as it's not public, but he then got paid to stay home and not travel with the team. The new guy kicked his way into the job and a contract.
Prater showing 0s everywhere I’ve got himAnyone heard if Bass is for sure playing this week? I don’t want to drop Prater until I’m sure Bass is back
Yeah, me too. But the latest news I saw was that Bass was only ‘eligible to activate the 21-day oractice window to return from IR’ as of this morning.Prater showing 0s everywhere I’ve got himAnyone heard if Bass is for sure playing this week? I don’t want to drop Prater until I’m sure Bass is back
I'm not sure they will rush to bring back Bass, even if he is healthy. There are limits to the number of guys you can bring off of IR in a year, and they may not want to use up that slot if they don't have to. Prater has been solid except for one awful kick. Bass has had his share of awful kicks over the years. What do they really gain by bringing Bass back? I guess they are paying two kickers right now, but other than that it's not an obvious upgrade.Yeah, me too. And the coach said something like “there’s only so much room on the active roster and the game day roster, so we’ve got some decisions to make”.
They have Hairston and Grable to decide on, as well. No official word yet on activating the window for any of them.![]()

For us Shrader widows, are we going for Badgley or Pineiro?
Im going pineiro but perfectly fine pivoting to badgley if I don't get himFor us Shrader widows, are we going for Badgley or Pineiro?
I went with Sly. Am I doing it wrong? Terrible offense, outdoors, but he’s been hot.Im going pineiro but perfectly fine pivoting to badgley if I don't get himFor us Shrader widows, are we going for Badgley or Pineiro?
