Seriously?

think about it, can you remember any other time you've seen the penalty actually called? I've seen plenty of horsecollars as well as the legal jersey tackle version, but never the actual penalty.

I've seen it called about three times, and I've seen about twice that many that should have been called by Roy Williams alone.

Jesus - it seems like Madden babbles on about it for ten minutes every time it's called. "See that's the horse collar there because it's like the collars they used to put on horses back in the old days. Before that I think they called it oxen yolk. Not sure if oxen yolk is a penalty in the NFL . . . but if it was, that would be one, but it's not, so they call horse collars on the guy. You never want to be the guy horse collared, you always want to be the guys collaring the horse . . ."

Bengals are making a concerted effort to get the ball to Rudi in the passing game. He has three targets already in the first quarter. As a reference, he's had 31 total the past two seasons. If this trend continues that could bode well for Rudi's production in PPR leagues.
