The last I heard the NFL had "officially" notified Travis Henry last week in writing of his violation of the league's substance abuse policy. By league rule, Henry has 5 days from the day he received the letter to file for an appeal, also in writing. The day he received the letter was not known, but presumably he would have until today, tomorrow, or Friday(the 19th) at the very latest. This NFL ruling and subsequent notification is a "league" ruling, separate from any sort of court ruling. Therefore, I don't see it being stalled by Henry's efforts with filing with the Federal Courts in hopes of blocking his B urine sample as evidence. He's just trying to stall and Commissioner Goodell knows it, obviously.
