The Vancouver area now has water restrictions due to the drought here, punishable by fines. Meanwhile, there was an article in the paper stating that the Province of BC sells water to Nestle for $2.25/million litres. Wouldn't it make more sense to either not sell the water, or sell it at a much less ridiculous price. Obviously some palms are getting misted.

I completely agree. I don't have an issue with Canada selling water but #######it you better get some value out of it. And I'm not talking about some "promise" about creating jobs. Screw you Nestle.

I don't blame nestle one bit if they were able to get that kind of deal. The politicians are either morons or took an upfront payment on the side.
