Wouldn't something like this show up in the audio of an NFL films clip or something?He says the ref keep calling McAllister "boy" all night.

IMO, if the Ravens don't want to take it from the refs, they shouldn't be yapping at them so much in the first place.Depends..................But if the ref was calling him "boy" and it can be proved, why would he lie, it should be some kind of reprimand. Stuart Smith on his show today stated that this happens all the time. Older african-americans call younger african-americans boy often. Smith said the Ravens need to get whining about it. Also, apparently Scott or one of the Ravens called out the ref earlier in the game with some comment that he never played the game and it turns out that ref did play in the NFL.

I call my coworkers Kids all the time. And most of them are older than I am....Mornin' Kids. How're you kids doing today, etc...Depends..................But if the ref was calling him "boy" and it can be proved, why would he lie, it should be some kind of reprimand. I'm not really big on the PC thing, but calling someone "Boy" is pretty derogatory. No referee should ever be calling a player "Boy". If it was done repeatedly I can see a player getting pretty pissed off and I think the league should put an end to it.

I have seen refs give it back to Brady on a few occasions and he just turned around and walked off the field. He is smart enough to understand that if you want to dish it out, you have to take it. Apparently Rolle and at least a few other Ravens never learned that.like Brady?IMO, if the Ravens don't want to take it from the refs, they shouldn't be yapping at them so much in the first place.Depends..................But if the ref was calling him "boy" and it can be proved, why would he lie, it should be some kind of reprimand. Brady is a bigger whiner than Peyton and that's hard to do. I'm not so sure he would have taken being called "Boy" all game all that much better.

I'd love to see him play the race card since the ref calling him boy was a black former player.It all depends on the context and how he said it, but what's the difference between the ref saying c'mon fellas, or troops or such and saying boy. And what was the first unsportsmanlike Scott got?

IMO the NFL will look into this. More than a few Ravens claim they were called names and were taunted by the refs. The Refs in the NFL are not near as good as they were 4 or more years ago. Thats what replay does. They dont do their job as well. IMO it looks bad on the NFL this season. With all of the crying by coaches and players and the quality of the refs, its starting to be like the NBA.. Its hurting the leagues image. Everyone blames someone else. Im starting to lose respect for the coaches,players and the Refs. And im sure im not the only one.

Do any of you read? Scott DID NOT play the race card today on his show. In fact, it was just the opposite. He ripped the Ravens for whining about this. In addition to the ref being African-American, he also played in the NFL which one of the Ravens(Rolle) started all this off by stating "you never played the game".

Try last night when he said there were questionable calls made in his post-game. In a game where they got almost every call no-less. He whines all the time. As for whining about what a ref called him? I don't know that he has ever been called something derogatory. IMO the Refs should not give anything back. Its not their place. Say what he saw and that it. If they dont like a player jawjacking throw a flag. They have no business with the players. I disagree, If a black man takes offense to the term, it doesn't matter the color of the person who said it.
True the ref is black. Given his heritage he should know not to use the word in reference to another black man.

Regardless, I suggested providing me with a link where he complained about being personally insulted by an official. Considering this came from Smith I'm more than willing to think this is common. Smith stated it happens all the time and I believe he stated Rolle was acting like a little girl.
