Big fan of Troma films and other low budget horror back in the day. Of course, I'd usually watch while trippin' so that helped.

Rhonda Shearer on Friday night, Gilbert Gottfried on Saturday night.  Watching it in my parents' basement as a 12-13 year old, listening for footsteps upstairs.  

I remember falling asleep one night. My older sister came home from a date and heard the television on downstairs.  It was some terrible B horror movie.  Just as she said, "What are you watching?" The movie stopped and Rhonda came on the screen.

Before I could say anything word, my sister just said, "Perv." And walked back upstairs.

Ah, I assume that by 12-13 year old you mean 43 years old, and by sister you mean wife.
