I agree on both counts.

The last episode and the conclusion (which felt so anti-climatic) brought it down even more. It got less interesting as it went on rather than more interesting.

Man, the Gf and I had a blast playing out the whodunnit angle. Heading into episode 6 an argument could be made for 6 possible folks. 

Enjoyed the hell out of it. If ya liked the chick in E1 and didn't finish the series ya missed out.
