Favre and Braylon Edwards for JT O'Sullivan and Addai.

Fave and Edwards are both starters, as is Addai when healthy. JT is the backup QB. 6 points for passing TDs, otherwise standard. Edwards is keeper eligible. thoughts? Some league members are complaining. thoughts?

I see nothing here to complain about. Move along.

There's no rule against stupidity. And this isn't even that dumb of a trade. In fact it seems quite fair depending on each team's roster. Let it slide.

Can't imagine why they would complain. Look at JT's playoff run, and I think a number of people might consider targetting him and thinking that he will do better during that stretch than Favre and many others.

Rule of thumb for everyone out there.

If you have to ask others if they think a trade is fair, then it is fair and there is no reason to even ask.

You will know when you see a league damaging trade and won't have to ask anybody what they think about it.

Nothing wrong with this trade...the only thing I can see why people would be complaining is that Edwards caught on fire against the G-men and Addai is out 2-4 weeks. However, with it being a keeper league, it should not be factored into the thought process of the trade by outside owners.

no question about collusion here and people aren't trying to get it overturned or anything foolish like that. Some just felt that the Favre-Edwards owner got the better of the deal and I was curious what others thought.

The new Favre-Edwards owner definitely got the better end of the deal. I have never walked into car dealership and offered to pay "fair value for both parties", so why would I do that with FF?? Getting the better end of a deal tends to propel people to their championships...Also, you have to look at this deal in the sense that a top 5 pick overall was traded for a 2nd-3rd rounder and probably an 11th rounder just a couple of months ago. Is Addai keeper eligible? I don't care for him, but I know some do.

It is not up to owners to evaluate a players value.

It is up to owners to determine if any collusion is taking place.

fair.

need all the facts. maybe the guy that traded for addai owns rhodes. Edwards has been awful all year except this past monday night.

Our commish traded (with his wife's sister... only girl in our league)... D. Henderson and Stokley for McGahee. He picked up both Henderson and Brandon from the WW the day before the trade. Amazing.

No big deal..could be one sided, but depends on what you need.

I think I would choose to be on the D. Henderson end of that one this year. History has a bearing but there is no time like the here and now. McGahee has been nearly worthless this eyar; so, nothing wrong with that deal.

I don't see anything wrong with that deal. One could argue that either side got the better of it. I would rather have Favre/Edwards, but JTO/Addai is fine, especially in a keeper.

The girl is hurting for running backs, and basically.. other than J. Lewis, has backups as her starters, and we start three RBs. Yet... in receivers she has Boldin, S. Moss, L. Evans, and another few very workable receivers.... she just didn't know any better... or he just talked her into it. Remember, this was JUST AFTER it was announced that McGahee was finally healthy. A starting running back for a couple of receivers who don't even start on a healthy team?
