I'm having this problem, too. There's one artist not yet drafted and it's starting to bug me, but I cannot select because it definitely does not fit within my style.

Who let you in here? Varlet.Saw this just in time ... going to be out of pocket the rest of the afternoon
5.32: "Love Alive", Heart
6.02: "Breakdown", The Alan Parsons Project

This record damn near broke the black community in half. Before, you sang secular or you sang gospel. Fans of each kind of ignored & tolerated the others' existence as long as the artist stayed in his/her lane. Ray Charles didn't stay in his lane. For Uruk (ignore the fact the YouTube link has the song title wrong):
5.15 Ray Charles - I Got A Woman
@KarmaPolice
I've always liked Sia when I hear her- great songwriter, great voice. not my sweet spot, in terms of the pop stylings, but full respect for her. I don't know this tune at all... but think I prefer Chandelier as a more iconic vocal- not sure I'm going to remember this one, tbh.5.31 Bird Set Free, Sia
I almost went chalk with Chandelier, but the lyrics are more powerful in this one.
I'm good for 50.The spreadsheet has 20 rounds. Is that the official ending?
I like Altered Beast more than both of those! My short list got picked pretty clean yesterday but this one is still available.
Sick of Myself - Matthew Sweet

A piece of power pop perfection. And by far my favorite song from him. Girlfriend gets all the love but I like 100% Fun more.
I had considered SpottieOttieDopalicious before but scrapped that. Glad I did or that snipe would have hurt .5.x - Outkast - B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad)
I love the early, southern flavored albums of Outkast, like SPCM and ATLiens, but I think this song is when they were at their peak. the rapid fire delivery over the DnB track is sick, and they knew they were hot and gave zero #####. strong.
That's the unofficial ending. Plan on that and if people want to keep going we can but we may not have as much interest 15 rounds from now.The spreadsheet has 20 rounds. Is that the official ending?
If I'm not in thread when I come up, skip me.
There are two that I am shuked haven't been taken yet -- but in each case, their sound is not for everyone, so I kind of get it.There’s one particular band that doesn’t quite fit with my playlist so far but I can’t believe they are still out there and I’m getting very very tempted.

I feel really dumb.I know from previous drafts that you ABSOLUTELY HATE one of the artists I am speaking of.People keep mentioning these (Master CIA had one, too, IIRC), and I have no idea whom you're talking about.I feel really dumb.
I think that's when many of us will have the best chance to be turned on to new/unfamiliar music. That's the unofficial ending. Plan on that and if people want to keep going we can but we may not have as much interest 15 rounds from now.
Thanks. I'm not an autoskip so not sure how that got there.@The Dreaded Marco may also pick at his leisure.
Marco, someone (likely me) filled you into the sheet as autoskip, but now I can't remember if that's true. Plz to advice.
6 rounds and Elvis Presley isn't even the first Elvis chosen? SHEEESSHH
6.04 Elvis Presley - Jailhouse Rock
Still rocks harder than most.
Another sentimental pick: Devil in Disguise... my dad used to seem to play this at least once week on the record player when I was a young kid.
I mentioned this morning that I can be autoskipped, but it was at the bottom of a post. I'd appreciate an @ ping when I'm up, but don't wait on me.
Just planting it here for posterity.
I like "In the Ghetto" and "Suspicious Minds"
Two of my three favorites, along with Blue Christmas.Who let you in here? Varlet.
Nice picks.
I see you get "Alone" in there at #5.Top 5 Heart for Me
1. Barracuda
2. Magic Man
3. Crazy on You
4. Straight On
5. Alone
I thought I left a clue in my postPeople keep mentioning these (Master CIA had one, too, IIRC), and I have no idea whom you're talking about.I feel really dumb.
As soon as he picked Elvis, I went “duh Suspicious Minds would have been perfect for me”I like "In the Ghetto" and "Suspicious Minds"
6.05 Hot Burrito #1 - Flying Burrito Brothers
I hadn't planned to take this for my mix purposes but I've realized that I don't really have that going on anyway so I'm going to take it now. One of my favorite songs.
@Ron Swanson
Man, I don't see what you all are talking about. Makes me think we're talking about two different artists.
"Will" or "can"? They can be.Wham! and George Michael will be drafted separately is that correct?
I think both Wham and George Michael (solo) can be drafted. So I can combine them?
So I can combine them?
