It happens. You can't cross the threads, you can't depend on prior knowledge. I've learned that the hard way in at least four threads. People think I'm crazy for assuming that other people have read certain things, or that I've assumed a nickname, etc. You just can't do that.
Things need to get really socially -- and I MEAN SOCIALLY -- simple for those that pop in and out of these pages.
BTW, Sheik, you had a shot at Titty McBlueyes and you went with weather from 2004. That's why this place might be dead. No, actually, that made me laugh harder than anything else today.

I work in a female dominated workplace. I try to stay away from anything that could get me in trouble with the #####es.It happens. You can't cross the threads, you can't depend on prior knowledge. I still think he's some rich FBG's kid brother or neighbor, and they're paying him or treating him very well. It's nice work it you can get it, limits notwithstanding.

He totally threatened suicide and said a bunch of weird stuff that encouraged at least one user to convince him to get help (me). He also mucked up a suicide thread that one of the mods (Aaron, I think) had to delete and then re-instate without his input due to his participation, etc.
He did a lot of weird stuff. I'm weird and stubborn, but that cat was really obtuse.

Yeah, I can see both your sentiment and Sheik's. I personally have no idea what to say about him, nor do I know where he came from. It's too bad about trolling and identity confusion, because then you can't really figure out if somebody is just willing to go there or whether they have real problems.
He could be charming and funny, too. He just…stay out of the threads where people are hurting or where you're not wanted at all and realize you can't change everything and then make it about one's self. It's too bad.

The threat of suicide may have temporarily kept him from being banned (buying him some time). I think the powers that be were afraid he might be serious and didn't want to deal with any potential repercussions (which were unlikely, but still would have to be considered).
And it certainly didn't help matters that he felt absolutely no remorse over the threatened suicide - in fact, he actually bragged about it, saying "I did what I had to do to stop personal pain" (in other words, the ends justified the means).
