I loved these guys in the 70s.  This was it as far as highlights from the previous week with exception of Monday Night Football highlights by Howard Cosell.  I thought I would put a link that you guys can add on.

Those were such great days growing up with those guys announcing games I recall them fondly

It helped that there wasn't the over saturation of coverage we have today. As you said, it was this and MNF halftime highlights.

Brookshier was my Grandfathers favorite player. My Pop-Pop would've been 89 tomorrow.
