I think your QB's are ok and sufficient but would look to improve there.

RB's are solid but really need Perkins to be the guy to make this a team strength.

WR's could use some help.  If White and Zay play to potential you could be in good shape for the future.  I would look to improve in this area.

TE's are blah.  I think you have too many and would rather use those roster spots on upside RB/WR talent.  I would try and get down to 2 maybe three with an upside guy like Kittles as the 3rd. 

I see this as a middle of the pack team that if certain things break right (Perkins, White, Zay) could have some potential.

Probably not a contending team, but not an easy win either. Needs more(better) RB/WR depth. I'd try and package the Gore/Mack combo for a WR, and try and flip Gabriel/Nelson for a RB.

QB Eli Manning, Carson Wentz, Brian Hoyer Cut Hoyer and use that for a lotto ticket. The starters aren't great but are serviceable. Especially given the extra points for carries and catches. 6/10

RB Ajayi, Perkins, Howard, Gore/Mack, DeAndre Washington, Zach Zenner, Elijah McGuire Ajayi and Howard to start with Gore and Perkins as possible Flex options. Not bad. 8/10

WR AJ Green, Tyreek Hill, Golden Tate, Kevin White, JJ Nelson, Zay Jones, T Gabriel, Funchess, Mack Hollins Nice starters and I like Gabriel as a fill in. Like White and Zones. 7/10

TE Rudolph, Devalve, Kittles, RICO Gathers, Higabee Rudolph is fine. I don't fault you for taking swings on the others. 7/10

Calculating the math and I'd give this team... 7/10 but that's really difficult to judge without seeing the rest of the league. I've noticed in dynasty that there's usually a couple rebuild teams and couple power houses and you're right on the crusp of an elite team. Most times in FF when people say "you need things to break your way" it's about prospects getting a chance (through starter injuries or something). In you case you need things to break your way as in, your players just have to live up to their expectations. Nothing else. Just do what we expect you to do.
