Tice on Minn. RB's (1 Viewer)

Probably a dumb question and one that may have already been answered, but I'm new to this suspension thing. Can OSmith practice or anything during his suspension? Will he still be in game shape and ready to step into the starting role if it's there for him? I'm not saying the starting job is his, I'm just curious if he'd be ready to step back in week 9.
