Chris Paul was absolutely filthy last night. Doc figured out how to smother Westbrook as well. Andre Roberson's +/- from last night is pretty funny. A -25 in 11 minutes. Didn't think that was possible.

nice win for bango and the boys last night but man i wish that they did not give up tobias harris i think that guy is going to be something special too bad so sad for milwaukee brohans
Middleton is underrated. It is sad he will likely be the odd man out when Parker returns with Giannis a mainstay. Middleton would be a great 3rd option on a team like the clippers.
All three of those guys have ambiguous positions, there should be no problem getting Middleton 30 mpg in the future.
I guess I could see that in a small ball type of play. All 3 of those guys have the length, but they are pretty skinny, especially Giannis and Middleton, to play PF. I guess if Kidd could make Jared Dudley work at the 4, he could make Parker work.

I don't watch much Bucks basketball, but according to Basketball Reference, Giannis has played 50% of his minutes at PF (8% at center), Middleton has played 66% PF (3% at center), and Parker played 8% at PF. According to 82games its a little different, Giannis shows less time at PF and more at SF, Parker is almost exclusively PF, and Middleton is pretty close to BBR.

Long term I would think that Parker is the starting PF, with Giannis and Middleton playing 2/3/4.

i like middleton do not get me wrong i just think tobias has a very high upside and is young and is getting better i would love to have seen hiim jabrari and anteateratempko all together it would have been magic but hey not to be bromigos

Did anyone see the play where chris paul had fallen into the crownd and injured a fan. He was asking if the guy was alright and westbrook jerked the ball out of his hands. You can tell by the look on his face as he was taking the ball that he is one heck of a competitor. There is a fine line, but i really like him.

Nice little win for Portland last night. Harden was shut down by Afflalo and Batum, who is a new man post-All-Star break. Nice little run the Blazers are on, even without Wes.

Tremendous night for vines in the NBA last night. Can't decide which I like more:

Courtside fan mocks Glenn Rivers

Ball in face

ETA: Who am I kidding, ball in face is clearly superior
Definitely the ball in face. If you are going to drop $200 on a ticket, watch the ####### game.
This one might have been better then my previous all-time favorite "fan getting hit with the ball" clip, which strangly enough also featured Gerald Henderson. Tough call. I enjoy the face-smushing effect, but there's something to be said for the clean bounce off the noggin followed by collapsing to the floor

i like that lady making fun of glen rivers because i think the clippers are crybabies who need a blankie and also because she is sort of a looker take that to the bank brohans

ok the down goes frazier one is funny to tobias you are funking it up in here right now bromigo

Damn how the F did this end in OT? :furious: Spurs were up 7 with less than a minute.

Kyrie is putting on a show.

Missed free throws gave CLE a shot in OT and Irving can't miss. Amazing performance by Cavs, gotta give them credit.

Hope this doesn't go another OT, I don't think the refs will make it through it.

Duncan with a blatant moving screen on the Danny Green airball.

Kyrie finishes with 57. Perfect 10 for 10 from line and 7 for 7 from 3. Great comeback by Cavs.

Charles needs to stay in the studio.

p and s: I'm gonna be nice and not bump the Brandon Knight post again ;)
You don't have to, I remember it well. I was wrong about him. Always been a good finisher but he's jumped several levels since December. Not the defensive abomination he was for his whole career before then either. Amazing what happens when the internet shines a spotlight on your defense; first Harden and now Irving.

The only consolation I can take from it is that by dominating the ball like this he might be driving Kevin Love out of Cleveland, which would provide me with many years of Andrew Wiggins jokes if they don't win a title. But they're gonna win a title.

Just one. That's all we ask.

I don't watch much NBA anymore but watched the 4th quarter of this game

Barkley is so bad, so so bad, just awful

i love watching the way the spurs play, and kyrie was awesome!!

but, someone explain the Kevin Love thing to me,cause i do not get it. I am pretty sure he did not play at all in the 4th

Charles Barkly: I don't think there's a team good enough to win 3 straight playoffs series in the West!!

:lmao: :lmao:
I think he meant from the East, specifically speaking of the Cavs. Ridiculous comment from Charles.
No, what he said is he doesn't think any team in the west can win three straight series on the road. He was stressing the importance of not ending up as a 5 seed or lower.

That said, Chuck is fun in the studio but should not be calling games. You'd think a rich guy would learn the English language, but he still talks like a poor black Alabama 3rd grader.

That makes sense then.

The likelihood of a Wizards-Bulls rematch/street brawl and the emerging possibility of Cavs-Pacers with Paul George has me slightly more optimistic about the first round games in the East. Raptors-Bucks would be OK, too. At least that slate would be a decent undercard before the main event of the West first round games.

Damn, I don't want the Bulls to have to face the Bullets again. Not a good matchup.

They go to a defensive lineup sometimes in the 4th. Blatt plays matchup basketball and likes to dig in late. I think that's pretty much all it boils down to. Mozgov sits alot of 4ths too, which sort of contradicts that notion since he is a better defender and rim protector than Love. If Love didn't play in the 4th last night, I was too busy paying attention to Kyrie, I do remember he did get in during the OT.

Shumpert was needed last night defensively and Tristan provides most of what Love provides minus the outside shot. I think they were rolling with Kyrie, Shump, JR, Lebron, Thompson for crunch time....so they had shooters out there to spread the floor.

the reaosn i noticed was Cweb and chuckles kept mentioning it

just seems odd, if he cannot play in a 4th quarter i question his real value

Random incredibly bitter rivalries like this and Clippers-Warriors are why I hate the idea of getting rid of the conferences. Do we really want to make it really unlikely that these matchups occur just because sometimes a 45 win team that has no shot at the title anyway gets left out?

You think the Wiz are going to drop to 6?

I'm trying to figure out what my reaction would be if the Clippers charter plane went down into some mountains.

Maybe a shrug.
i hear you bromigo i can not stand those guys bunch of winers i used to like them with lob city but man the crybaby stuff just wore me out and now who cares crash it take that to the bank bromigos

I was pretty drunk so I don't know if I mentioned it, but lakers Pistons Tuesday was the worst basketball game I ever watched in person. Including high school games.

yeah but you can not get your sauce on at high school games so at least you have that going for you brohan which is nice
