Later Thibs. His offensive sets are terrible. Bulls have been going on long offensive droughts all year and Thibs never adjusted. There really needs to be a gif of the circus bull#### Noah would throw up after his pick and rolls with Rose from 28 feet out. Great defensive coach, but Bulls won't be any worse off with Hoiberg (or whomever their next coach is) with the talent they have. He'd be perfect for Orlando with the defensive minded players there now & perhaps draft.

Bulls should really see if there's any market whatsoever for Noah and hope there's some name value there resting on his 13-14 DPOY. Cut the cord with Dunleavy. They've got better younger players at the position.

I'm more excited to see the Bulls w/o Thibs.

I always thought Howard was soft and that last Griffin dunk proved it to me. How does he not even try to block that?
He had two fouls already and he lobbied McHale to stay in the game with a ton of time remaining in the 1st quarter. Would have been a bad move in more ways than one to attempt to block that dunk. With that said, you can find many examples that would illustrate Howard is a soft player (should you so desire).

Did OKC not truly see what they had on their hands with Harden, because he was third in the offensive pecking order? He's an absolute machine.

The Clippers bench was maligned all year but this loss is squarely on the starters. They had the win, and series, and got demolished on their home court in the 4th by the Rockets. All that and Houston played almost the entire last quarter with James Harden on the bench. Major credit has to go to Josh Smith on O and Dwight Howard on D tonight.

I wonder how many east coast folks tuned out in the 3rd quarter thinking it was a blowout, series over...gonna wake up tmrw and be like really???

Remarkable how fast the game passes you by.

Phil Jackson @PhilJackson11

NBA analysts give me some diagnostics on how 3pt oriented teams are faring this playoffs...seriously, how's it goink?
Well, Phil, here are the top 6 teams in 3 point attempts per games in the playoffs:

Atlanta (alive, down 2-1 but favored to advance)

Golden State (alive, down 2-1 but favored to advance)

Cleveland (alive, tied 2-2 favored to advance)

Houston, (alive, down 2-1)

Portland (eliminated)

San Antonio (eliminated in 7 by buzzer beater)

And here's the bottom 6:

Memphis (alive, up 2-1)

Milwaukee (eliminated in 6)

New Orleans (eliminated in 4)

Boston (eliminated in 4)

LAC (alive, up 2-1 and favored to advance)

Brooklyn (eliminated in 6)

Which looks like the better group?
yea also how are the knicks faring in the playoffs?
Good ol' Phil posting anything of late?

It wouldn't have to be squarely on the starters if the Clippers actually had a bench.

Of course they deserve a lot of blame for blowing a lead that big, but the Rockets had a terrible stretch too. It happens. The difference is Houston had guys to bring in to change things up. Jones and Brewer were huge.

I really want to see a Warriors vs Spurs conference final.
Assuming the Spurs beat the Clippers, you will likely get your wish.

Leonard is Harden's kryptonite.
Rockets will beat spurs. Sorry bud.
yea the rockets looked great last night.
:crickets:
you split your first two home games against a team missing its leader and best player. good job.
Did their best player go tonight? I didn't catch the game.

I fell asleep but was awoken shortly thereafter by a great disturbance, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out "I'm more of a Lakers fan anyway" and were silenced.

:goodposting:

Unbelievable to see they wound up winning. They've been so so bad a lot of the series that it's unthinkable this is going to a game 7. Even as the 2 seed, it'd be shocking to me if they somehow ended up pulling this series out.

Yep, its time. The Bulls are stuck with that Roster and lost to a severly undermanned team. Thibs kind of has to go at this point. The Bulls D wasn't even very good this year.

The Bulls had the players to win, but refused to make adjustments. Playing Hinrich was downright foolish. The fact that Thibs couldnt see that blows my mind. I'm pretty sure Thibs wants out and that was a statement play.

The rockets have not been good the entire series until the last 15 minutes of last night. Bizarre game but glad to see them show up.

My IQ is well below average
look dude, i'm not going to get into an argument with you and screw up this thread. no one is crying here. I made a sarcastic comment a week ago about how the Rockets looked great (when they actually looked like ####) and you lost your mind, and now you bump that post whenever they win a game. good luck with that.
