Let's all promise not to complain about the refs for the rest of the weekend and enjoy some good games.
No.... They were trash tonight.
And that absolutely favors the Bulls, will all series if it continues. It's a crime the Bulls shot 10 more FTs in that game.
Hard to say it favored Chicago. It was a poorly ref'd game. But LeBron got LeBron calls. Bulls got several calls too, but overall I thought it was fair.

Blake needs to stop his behind-the-back crap. It's fine against bigs in the regular season but the playoff guards will pick him all night.

Cool moment when CP3 told Doc it was ok for him to be a dad rather than a coach when the crowd was doing the Austin Rivers chant.

Even better moment when Austin Rivers did the Harden cooking' motion.

Hey, I'm glad the Bulls won that ugly game.

But it doesn't really make me any more confident they will win the series.

LeBron played well below his norm, and Kyrie was a non-factor.

Cleveland will play with desperation in Game 4, as it did in Game 2; the Bulls will let down a bit . . . human nature.

Then it's a best-of-three with two games in Cleveland.

I hope I'm wrong.

Who knows how bad Kyrie is injured and how long he'll play poorly. I believed the Cavs would win the series but without a healthy Kyrie, everything changes. Even if Pau misses a game or two, the Bulls have a legit shot.

Oh yeah, they had a legit shot from the beginning (just ask Chuck).

But the Cavs still have LeBron, who has won a road game in something like 19 straight playoff series.

Bron is looking like he has lost a step or potentially just being asked to do too much. Couple times last night Rose drove right around him and made LeBron look average. Rose couldn't even sniff the basket against 2011 LeBron.

Here is Zach Lowe's take on Round 2 through 2 games.

Couple point he made on the Bulls that look especially prescient after Game 3:

**A Gibson-Mirotic pairing at the bigs is the most promising (with Noah's struggles and Pau either missing Game 4 or limited if he plays, each guy in this duo should each get 30+ minutes)

** Tony Snell should be getting all of Kirk Hinrich's minutes (Thibs didn't listen as Snell played one possession while Kirk did zippo in his 20 minutes)

Well, part of this is the basketball analyst in me, and part of it is the reverse psychology homer in me.

I wonder if the rest through out the year hurt the Hawks and their rhythm, they aren't the Spurs and know how good they are and when to turn it on. We could never prove it, but they don't look like the same team.

Injuries and scouting/game planning are the main culprits.
