TNF - MIN vs TB (1 Viewer)

What's with Underwoods hair!!!???? :lmao:

Not sure what all the complaints about fantasy scoring are about. TB players putting up numbers. Minnesota hasn't yet...except for ADP having a decent start.

And as I type that, big play to Harvin.

There you go Ponder. Pass it to Percy at the line of scrimmage and let him do the work, while you get some stats.

This Buccaneer kicker is killing me by kicking it out of the endzone on all these kickoffs

I have Harvin in a return league

Hahahah, Thursday games suck for fantasy. Seems like the players who score are always people who no one has.As a Harvin owner, I'm happy Tampa Bay is up. Hopefully this will force some passes (if Ponder can ever start completing some).
Who plays next Thursday? Remind me not to start anybody from them.
I've been avoiding it all year when I've been able. I had no choice but to start Harvin tonight, but I wish I would have had another similar option to play over him. Even when the player is great, they typically offer nothing in Thursday games (hoping to break the trend with Percy tonight...but so far, no luck).Running backs have done ok, but outside of one big TD reception for Wallace, I think pretty much every WR has disappointed.*Next week is KC/SD
They aren't even done with the first quarter lol
I was making a comment on previous games...didn't really say anything about being disappointed with Percy yet. I just said that I wish I would have had a better option to start in front of him, because I felt pretty confident he would have a bad game. I've also started Hakeem Nicks (3 catches, 44 yards) and Brandon Marshall (2 catches 22 yards) in Thursday night games this year. I've been hating Thursday games for years, because every player I've ever had in one has underperformed.Like I said, hoping the trend changes tonight...but Ponder's play isn't giving me a ton of hope. The positive is that Minnesota is getting their ### kicked, so hopefully it forces the passes to Harvin.
Woo! Percy is so great, he can even beat my Thursday night curse! I love this guy so much.

Ok Freeman time to zero in on Vjax and hand it off to Martin. That's it, unless you want to throw a pick 6 which is also acceptable.

I'm a Panthers fan, but in terms of pure enjoyment of watching a single player, Percy Harvin is at the top of the list. He's just so damn fun to watch.

turning into a great game here. :banned:
Of all the Thursday night games to circle coming into the season, this one definitely wasn't on the list. But you're right, this is the most entertaining half of the year so far on Thursday, and it's not even close.

for those playing in matchups with Harvin on one side and PK Walsh on the other side, that Harvin catch on 3rd down was a huge point swing...

ALWAYS START YOUR STUDS!!! Peterson, Harvin, Jackson and maybe even Martin. They are all on their way to 15 + points.
I think you'd likely be forced to start your Peterson/Harvin level players regardless. I actually benched Jackson in the one league I have him (benched him for Lance Moore), but it's more a Jackson thing than a Thursday night thing in this case. As a long-time Jackson dynasty owner, I never start him against a good defense. I'll get burned OCCASIONALLY (this year against Brandon Flowers is actually the only one I can recall off the top of my head), but 90% of the time it works out.

I don't follow the Bucs that much since I don't own any of their players, but I heard a beat writer talking today about how they made some changes on the O-Line about two weeks ago. It's amazing how good that has made Martin look. He looks like a stud the past two weeks.

The Vikings LBs have been playing better than expected (or they have any right to) but I didn't expect the Bucs to run the ball so well.

Need this endzone stop!

Defender there needed to push Williams while he was in the air.. there is no more forced out rule.

:kicksrock:
