Teams will keep going for it instead of taking the 3. There's times where you need to be aggressive. Usually when the other team has a good offense. Houston does not have a good offense.

I think way too many teams go for it on 4th down like that. Too early in the game and it turns out the points would have completely turned the game around.

Yeah I agree and like more teams go for it now, just did not agree in that situation. It was a long 2, bad play call, your RB was gassed, and the team your playing has one of the worst offenses in the league with a top defense.
