The DPI and the Illegal contact were both called poorly. Of course Philly fans are gonna complain about that, when they’re looking to come back. Nobody saying the officials gave the Giants the game.Man, I can appreciate the extreme schadenfreude, but nobody’s claimkng the refs cost them this game. So, if the KC Chiefs win, it's because of the refs.
And if the Eagles lose, it's because of the refs.
Have I captured this correctly?
Are there any at all even one NY Giants' fan in this thread complaining about the officiating?
Are there any Eagles' fans complaining about the officiating in this thread? Hmmmmm?
But, I get that you’re just running smack on Eagles fans. It’s cool, I’m just disgusted. Real football and FF wise
First Thursday NIght Football win since Week 3 of the 2015 season against the Redskins.First Giants NFC East win in last 9.
I love NFC East games

I'm just in shock. The energy Dart and Skattebo have brought to the team have been so infectious, and it helps that they're playing actually well.I don’t know of any Giants’ fans on here but Frankman, but good game to you all. That was a complete woodshed *** whooping.
Rookie QB, rookie RB, 4th and 5th string WRs- impressive display.
I hate AI responses.Alstott but taller.
Uh, way more burst than Alstott. Actually, his burst is almost legendary.

Cam Skattebo posts one of top results at 2025 NFL Scouting Combine
Arizona State's running back improved his NFL Draft stock on Saturday - Ben Sherman
Cam Skattebo decided not to flash his speed at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, electing to skip the 40-yard dash, 10-yard split, 3-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle.
Instead, Arizona State's All-American running back showcased his explosive athleticism, posting one of the best vertical jump results of any player at the combine.
Skattebo, who was measured at 5-foot-9 1/2 and weighed in at 219 pounds, recorded a vertical jump of 39.5 inches on Saturday — tied for fifth-best among all players. It was the second-best leap among the running backs, just behind the 40.5-inch jump recorded by Virginia Tech running back Bhayshul Tuten.
For perspective, Skattebo's jump was 2.5 inches better than Bijan Robinson's mark at the 2023 combine. Robinson rushed for 976 yards during his rookie season with the Atlanta Falcons and was one of the best running back in the NFL in 2024, rushing for 1,456 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Skattebo also participated in the broad jump, recording a leap of 10 feet, 3 inches, tied for the sixth-best mark among running backs.

Al Michaels was right. The Eagles haven't been able to put 2 good halves together in the last several games.I had forgotten it was 17-13 just before the half. What an absolute disaster of a 2nd half. It's like they just decided we were done playing.
I think blaming officiating is bush league, as a player or a fan. Don’t put yourself in a position to be affected by bad calls and you won’t have to worry about them. The DPI and the Illegal contact were both called poorly. Buddy, you have a Super Bowl to fall back on. Just last year. At 4-2, the season is far from over and the Eagles are still in 1st.
The officiating was fine. It didn't cost the Eagles. The Eagles have also benefited massively over the years from the inability of the refs to officiate the Tush Push. It is off-putting to read complaints about officiating from the same fans that benefited from it. Right?
It's bizarre. Barkley has been a blessing and a curse.I had forgotten it was 17-13 just before the half. What an absolute disaster of a 2nd half. It's like they just decided we were done playing.

Fan favorite mobile qb and fan favorite rb power a passing game with Robinson and 2 very good TEs over an emotional basketcase WR1 pretending to be well-read, a qb who has forgotten how to pass and an offensive coordinator who hates barkley.Rookie QB with Wandale Robinson, Jalin Hyatt and Beaux Collins as his WRs.
Giants get pummeled.
Giants 31 Eagles 10
well, he could never pass very well to begin with. asking jalen hurts to support a passing game is foolish. his value is in his running and needing help getting over the goal line.Fan favorite mobile qb and fan favorite rb power a passing game with Robinson and 2 very good TEs over an emotional basketcase WR1 pretending to be well-read, a qb who has forgotten how to pass and an offensive coordinator who hates barkley.Rookie QB with Wandale Robinson, Jalin Hyatt and Beaux Collins as his WRs.

The pessimistic Eagles fan in me is usually the right one. What a disaster of a game. Arguably the worst played game in Sirianni's career here. The pessimistic Eagles fan in me says that the narrative for this game feels like the following: Giants impressive D-line takes advantage of our mash unit Oline and ends up pressuring Jalen a lot. This leads to a couple of turnovers-probably a strip sack and a forced pass to AJ that gets picked. Offense can't get going and AJ finally blows his top. Jalen Carter questionable hurts us-Giants offense not grea but not terriible either. The Giants defense scores off of one of the turnovers mentioned above to help the cause and the Eagles lose a sloppy, flag-filled game 17-10. To be clear, this is how this week feels. Maybe the Phils' dangling by two fingers at the edge of the cliff has me feeling this way, but I just can't shake this feeling of inevitability that this is going to be a bad game.
That being said, the Gints just lost to the Saints. My hope is that they've cleaned up the pre-snap mistakes, Jalen and Brown have cleared the air to a point where they might be on the same page now, the Fangio vs rookie QBs lore proves to be real and the Birds do real damage to a lesser NYG team-something like 28-10. I just don't think this is the case.
Reality is probably somewhere in the middle so I'm gonna go Eagles over Gints in an ugly game that keeps fans wondering if this is 2023 all over again for the next ten days.
Birds 20-17
Without Mitchell, the Eagles' outside CBs are also vastly inferior talent.Wow. What an amazing game.
Jaxson Dart with scrub WRs to deliver that kind of performance was incredible. And the Giants defense to shut them out in the 2nd half.
One of my best friends is very close to Lane Kiffin and I think Dart is surprising even them.
Do do what he did with vastly inferior talent against Fangio seems incredible.
