(KFFL) Allen Wilson, of The Buffalo News, reports according to TheDirty.com, Buffalo Bills WR Terrell Owens was seen leaving the MYNT Nightclub in Miami noticeably impaired Saturday, March 21. After driving his Spyder CanAm a few blocks, Owens was pulled over by Miami Beach Police. Witnesses said Owens was given a field sobriety test but no breathalyzer test was administered. He then offered the officers his signature before driving away, according to the report.

Exclusive Breaking News: Terrell Owens smiles his way out of DUI when he was clearly drunk.

After partying all night on Saturday at MYNT Nightclub with other NFL players and some local hoochies, T.O. leaves the club at 3:45 a.m. Noticeably impaired by his inability to walk without wavering, Terrell stops to hit on some girls then hops on his yellow Spyder CanAm. Terrell Owens drives only 4 blocks before the cops start chasing him and pull him over. According to source that witnessed the evening’s events, though the cops gave him a field sobriety test there is no way that T.O. should have passed the test. It seems like the Miami Beach PoliceDepartment traded a DUI for his autograph and let him go! The witness assures us that they did not give T.O. a breathalyzer test when he clearly needed one.

I am sure T.O. had something to celebrate at his after hours party back at the Fontainebleau Hilton. You think after the Stallworth incident, that the Miami Beach PD would take this situation a little bit more seriously. …to be a celebrity, smile!

**UPDATE: So three new sources have came forward to TheDirty since we released this story yesterday.

MYNT Nightclub Employee: Stated that Terrell Owens had a bottle of Grey Goose all to himself.

Hotel Employee: Stated that Terrell Owens came back to the penthouse visibly hammered.

Witness Watching Field Test: Stated that Police made her delete all her pictures of Terrell Owens taking the Pen test.

Sounds like there's nothing to see here. He passed a field sobriety test and was let go.

Lucky for T.O. he wasn't pulled over by Officer Powell of Dallas Texas.
Classic...although it may not have been an issue unless he was drunk AND trying to park his car in a no parking zone...Don't cross Officer Powell on the no-parking zone or you will lose.

Scumbag blogger with no integrity. If there's any police force that doesn't give celebs special treatment, it's Miami. Ever notice how many sports stars get busted down there.

TheDirty is about 100 times less discriminate in what they claim than PFT. If you're going to take anything on there as truth, you'd better take it with a HUGE grain of salt.

Too bad they didn't almost post this.

And I mean, hey, it's not like Dolphin fans would want to make Buffalo's new acquisition look bad, right?

Only a hater would point out that he might be better off in Buffalo, training with his new team mates, building cohesiveness, than being on South Beach, on a vehicle that offers no protection, at 3:45 in the morning, after a night of drinking. Only a hater would point out that T.O. running his own life and making his own decisions has always made his life needlessly difficult. As T.O. said himself recently, he sees no reason to change and neither do I see a reason for him to change. T.O. knows best.

Say, maybe I can pitch that as a new reality show. T.O. Knows Best. Each Week an individual could allow T.O. to make their decisions for them for the week. The cameras would follow the results through the courts, and hospitals of that person's home town.

I agree....no offense but how this thread has more than 1 star is beyond me.

Classic. Owens almost got in trouble and might have done something wrong. Who else in the NFL gets this kind of scrutiny?

And Brandon Marshall wasn't charged with a crime but his recent conduct is grounds for suspension? What's interesting is that he was absent from OTAs when this happened.

Brandon Marshall is in trouble with the law on a regular basis. Say what you want about Owens, but aside from that suicide incident (in which he would only have been hurting himself), I don't think he gets into much trouble in society.

While the rest of the Buffalo Bills are at their first camp..Owens is in Miami getting hammered. Way to get into camp and lead by example. :blackdot:

Just when you think TO is a complete ###...we find out he's just ALMOST a complete ### when he pulls a stunt like this instead of going to the bills VOLUNTARY camp...http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/new/story?id...ce=NFLHeadlines

I dislike the man as much as the rest...........but if Peyton or Brady did something like this it would be on the front page of the sports section.

He's had one conviction since being in the NFL. I don't know what constitutes "trouble on a regular basis" but I guess innuendo and rumor and unsustained indictments count. If that's the case then this counts for TO as "trouble with the law"

I was under the impression that TO didn't drink. I thought he was a fitness nut and sleeps in an oxygen tank or something. I don't remember where I read that though.

Wonder if he signed a check?

If the officers administered a field sobriety test and he passed it, why even write a story? Headlines: TO was drinking but wasn't too drunk to drive, just thought you all should know.

Sober people can't pass field sobriety tests if the cops don't want them to.Witnesses say that T.O. was visibly drunk. That's why it's a story.

Sorry Maurile but I will go with the police on this one........I sure the cops were closer to TO than these "witnesses"......

TO was raised his grandma who became an alcoholic after her divorce. TO often cared for her when she got drunk. For that reason, he doesn't care for alcohol. He's also a guy that is a control freak so he doesn't have a desire to get drunk. Not to mention he's a health freak and doesn't want the extra calories. Normally when he goes to a club, he only drinks water. There's also a poster on the Bills forum that had a buddy at that party who claimed that TO wasn't drinking at all. The guy even posted a picture that his buddy took of TO at the party.

Yep, heard this as well about T.O. that he does not even consume alcohol because of what it has done to his family........what a joke of a story.
