Too Early to look at playoff matchups? (1 Viewer)

Who's got some great matchups weeks 14-16 who might be flying under the radar a bit right now?

Conversely, who has a murder's row those weeks that you'd like to move off?

Never too early, was looking at playoff matchups starting when the bye weeks started to look for potential trade targets.

BAL is mentioned with a favorable schedule weeks 14-16 with two key finishing games -- @ PIT, @ CLE, IND.

Others teams with at least two favorable match ups I like for targeting offensive skill players are:

BUF: IND, MIA, @NE (all three match ups at this point look solid)

DEN: NYJ, @IND, @WAS (a little iffy as Denver needs to re-settle offensively after their QB change, and NYJ can sometimes bring pass pressure)

DET: @TB, CHI, @CIN (I'm wary of Cincy as their D can be good, but TB's D looks to be a mess and CHI's hasn't been fearsome)

Only other might be TEN, who faces @ARI, @SF, LAR. Rams can play really tough D so that's not a great matchup, but the 9ers is, and ARI has been up and down on D this year so depending on their trajectory these next weeks, ARI may become a D that can be targeted.

I like Matt Ryan in the playoffs.

He gets NO, @TB, @NO in 14, 15, 16.

Passing attack wise, Saints have done well against bad quarterbacks and less well against good quarterbacks. I think Matt Ryan can be acquired pretty easily from fed up owners and it’s up to you to decide whether he can be a bad quarterback or a good one come playoffs.

Could very well be 3 important games for the falcons as well.

So shouldn't we be expecting Saints D as a good start then? :)

Probably. But one to watch. Perhaps I’m just hopeful as an owner. If Julio caught that easy TD yesterday we might be saying Ryan could have turned the corner yesterday. But he didn’t, so we aren’t.

Either way, like i said, you can probably get him fairly cheap from his owner (depending on your league) and wait and see while he rides your bench.
