Ok, I know we all have a little piece in us that wants to think LT is going to return to his MVP form and he's definitely showing signs of doing so. But, does everyone feel that he should be ranked considerably higher than Hillis? Especially with Holmes returning to action and Greene still waiting in the wings? Interested to hear how others view this situation...

Holmes helps LT - more chance for TDs, less risk of stacking the box, Holmes isn't a great redzone threat (unless it's last minute of the SB).

I like both going forward, not a big difference for me.

Hillis has more of a history of breaking down than LT, and obviously LT has a better track record FF-wise. But I'd say they're about equal right now, I may even lean toward Hillis.

No one will ever give LT the possibility of finishing the season. Mind you he is 31, but he hasn't had a bad injury history besides the last couple of years at SD where they overworked him behind a bad O-Line. Now he is getting a healthy, but not abusive, number of carries behind one of the best if not the best running line in the league. He also has a good defense that will give him plenty of opportunity to have the ball in the offenses hands, and run a lot in the second half when the Jets go up. There have been absolutely no signs showing that LT is going to lose the job. I am in the group that believes he has a decent shot of making it through the season, with a healthy share of the loads.

I think alot of it is hopeful Greene owners.

Don't get me wrong, I am loving LT, but part of me is saying "sell high." In my PPR keeper league, I just put in a trade offer, LT + Forte for Ray Rice. This guy's team is in first place as he has a bevy of WRs that are playing incredible for him. Collie, TO, Roddy White (not playing above his head) and Maclin not to mention Jermichael Finley at TE. His RB situation is pretty bad however. He really only has 2 capable RBs. Rice, Barber and Marshawn Lynch.

I think that this is a fair trade both ways. It gives him a legitimate shot at winning the title this year, while it gives me Rice. I have 4 capable RBs in LT, Forte, Best and Torain. Not to mention Blount who i believe will turn into a beast.

Sorry for attempting to take over the thread. There is some relavence, as it is a gauge on LT's value. I put LT and Hillis in the same group.

I don't see much wrong with it.

LT will catch a handful of passes and rack up some nice TD and yardage numbers in NY. He looks great right now and should be ranked accordingly until he starts showing wear.

Lt by a mile. He's already put Greene to rest, he's a proven stud on a good football team. I have Hillis in 2 leagues and LT in none, I'd trade Hillis for LT in a heartbeat.
