I wish I could find the quote from yesterday's hearing, about how a couple years ago he promised not to get inebriated in public any more and he kept his promise. Someone called him on it and he said he only meant at the Air Canada Centre.

The video where his brother asks the someone else if they ever smoked weed is almost as funny. Love at the end the Mayor basically walks up to fight the other counsel member and his brother stops him. These two guys are unhinged.
