Anyone who has a child with a disability knows just how difficult it is to find appropriate toys for their kid. This is especially true for kids who are fully developed mentally but carry a visible physical disability. The stock toys never look or function like your child and can just add to their feeling outcast, "different", and generally damaging to their already eroded self esteem. There is a company out there at MyMakie.com with a line called #ToyLikeMe that is helping fill this niche, yet important segment.
They even have a pending list of requested disabilities here and take suggestions. even if you don't have a disabled child, please consider promoting this concept using whatever method or platform you deem appropriate.
