My current WRs are OBJ, Britt, Maclin, Patterson and Austin. Current RBs are Gordon, L. Murray, Ingram, Sproles and Yeldon. In other words I have decent depth at RB but very little at WR.

Another team has offered me either Demaryius Thomas or Allen Robinson for L. Murray or Ingram. Who should I trade for and who should I trade?

This is a non-PPR league. 0.1 points per yard, 6 points per TD.

I'd do Murray for Robinson.  I still have faith in Ingram going through the rest of the year, provided he doesn't fumble.  He's just better than Hightower, period.  Murray is in a 3 headed split.  
Robinson over Thomas for me, and it comes down to Siemien.

both Thomas and Robinson have been very disappointing and nothing more than WR3 value at this point.  I might counter with including Maclin or Britt with the RB of their choice to get both of them.  That would be an improvement to your WR corps without really hurting your RB's   That is what I would try.
