Trade help needed (1 Viewer)

I need Power and wins, he needs saves and SB's.

He wants me to propose a trade, what do you all think of this:

I give:

Huston Street and Michael Bourne

I get Hideki Matsui and Brian Bannister.

Probably overloaded in my favor?

i don't think that's a very good deal for you.

matsui for bourne is fine. matsui will get you a respectable amount of RBI and HR.

i wouldn't go for the bannister part. i never like trading for wins anyway (especially if it's a royals pitcher facing the tigers, white sox, and indians regularly).

i'm skeptical that bannister is a good enough pitcher to succeed in the division without striking people out.

if an owner is desparate for saves, i'd make him come i little more correct than bannister.

Yeah, trading for wins is a tough thing to do since that is the hardest category to predict. If you are looking for wins, you're better off targeting a guy on a team like the Red Sox. Trading for a Kansas City Royal is probably not the best way to get wins.
