Ok, so I was thinking now that no one knows Heny's exact situation, and everyone (assumed) knows hissituation (his suspension is probably imminent but no one knows for sure when- could be 2-5 weeks maybe?) is it now fair to trade him? I think I originally made the wrong call in putting him out there so soon after this stuff broke, and that was shady. But now as time progresses, and all players in the league know about his health, you could now offer him in trades right? I mean, if you play ff you know of this situation, so if you take a deal with Henry you know what you are getting.
My point is, I think enough time has passed to offer him in legitimate trades. Hypothetically speaking if someone offered me Henry and Gates for LJ, I could surmise that Henry may have 4 good weeks left and Gates is a monster, so why not give up LJ for four potentially good weeks and a legitimate stud at TE? (This is not a trade post, just offering hypotheticals). I am curious to revisit this ethics question a few days later. Thanks, looking forward to responses.
