so Frank gave the jeweler one diamond and told him there's a lot more coming once he commits to the deal. are those the diamonds from the 1992 robbery? if so, how did he get them? I thought they said Caspere had the diamonds last.

also, that list of stuff he wanted from the donut shop guys (weapons, kevlar vest, etc.), I was thinking maybe he doesn't HAVE the diamonds, but knows who does, and is going on an all or nothing Expendables-style mission to get those diamonds and sell them before sunsetting off to Cost Rica.

I've bailed on keeping up. I'll catch up eventually maybe, but not going to force myself to watch the remaining episodes if the mood never takes me.

When I first heard the casting for this I thought Vince Vaughan? #### off!? Then I thought, "No, this is HBO, TD is a good show, it will be fine." There are many judgement calls in my life I would rather have got right than this, but that ain't the kind of world we live in.

I don't get the blue diamond thing really. They robbed a jewelry store under cover of the 92 riots and killed the owners. There were two orphan witnesses but nothing came of it, but one of them is a hooker at these parties now. Caspere and the other cops who are now heads of Vinci or whatever, bought their way in with the diamonds. But Caspere still had the diamonds and they were on an insurance list but not found in the house so that's how the cops knew they were missing? Then they were looking in pawn shops, but the fat cop already was looking for the diamonds. And then somehow they set up the Mexican girl and guy who set up the ambush, but we still don't know where the diamonds are and the Mexican cartel guys killed the girl anyway.
